              The service was done they left logs a stump empty water bottles that they drink from they left a pile of branches that I am not sure if they came from the trees that they cut down or not they smashed our fire pit by running it over with the equipment they took a rake broken rake and bent a rake. They started a little neighborhood War by running one of their pieces of equipment right next to her house through her yard because the equipment was too large to get through the fence that the owner of the company saw when he came out to give us an estimate they also ran into our sewer cover and knocked the bricks that the city had put there to keep it from flipping up in the air made the comment because it's the cities they shouldn't have to even go back and fix it the owner of the company never came out here to see what we were complaining about he took the word of his workers who obviously would have been in trouble if all this happened over ours and never came out to officially look to see

              September 15, 2021, Van's Tree Service came to ******** **** Church to finish a job another service had not done properly. Van's men did an outstanding job and we were very pleased.

              However, the job included grinding a stump left by the former service. This is listed in the estimate and we paid extra for it. Unfortunately, this was not done. When I called Van to have this taken care of, he assured me someone would come September 17 to do it.

              After leaving two voicemails reminding Van of this, still no communication nor stump ground!

              I have sent an email requesting this be taken care of quickly. I included in the email pictures of the estimate and our check stub showing payment.

              Van has always been a respected arborist in the Charleston area. It is quite disappointing he has not lived up to his reputation for our church.
