The company that owns this apartment complex needs to hire people who know how to do their jobs. Even if their employees are at fault, they will still blame the residents. This community continuously have problems inside and out. They do not even answer the phones when you call. When you go in person to the office, they do not help to make situations better. Living here will cause you to have a big headache and it is not worth it.

Post this in the review section in the better business bureau This is not a place where you want to live . While advertised as a gated community it’s not. I paid extra because I wanted to live in a gated community to discover after that that the gate has been broken forever. I also paid extra to have a fireplace in my apartment, but the fireplace is not working. Numerous problems in the apartment. People at the office do not respond to your maintenance request or concerns. Very unprofessional and do not care about their residents!!!

Let me start by saying if I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Never have I ever lived in a place where tenants are basically ignored. Since even before signing a lease with this place it has been terrible. First time moving in (August) there were multiple maintenance request when there should’ve been little to none. Months later (October) my sink faucet is in need a piece which is causing my sink to leak bad. The office told us to not use our sink until this piece comes in. My roommate and I BOTH contacted the leasing office AND corporate management to get the ETA on this “piece” and no one has called us back. Let me not forget that under our sink has mold from the water leaking. In addition to the mold under our sink… my bathrooms tub is CHIPPING paint. Large amount of paint is missing from my tub. At this point I feel mislead by Vantage at Wildwood. I moved into vantage so I could stay in the northeast area near family and friends. But now I feel like I should have chosen to stay in an unpleasant area if I knew vantage would be unpleasant. There’s so much more I could go on about. Quality of housing is TERRIBLE along with MANAGEMENT. No one knows how to run a business over in this living community. Vantage at Wildwood is HIGHLY not recommended.
