Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning has is a professional scammer with multiple complaints for changing prices after arriving and damaging personal property. Safe-Dry changed the price of cleaning my carpet after arriving from the ad of 3 rooms, $109without any additions for a virtually clean carpet. Safe-Dry damaged my carpet by staining it with their carpet cleaner in several areas and hastily left before the carpet dried. I asked for a refund which they agreed and then forwarded their contract to my credit card company that the services were satisfactory. Multiple customers document Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning agreeing to make refunds for bad service. Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning is guilty of false advertising for less than poor services. Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning advertises online and then arrives at residences and quotes a much higher price for the basic service advertised online service. Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning has a habit states by telephone that they will refund money for the customer's dissatisfaction for damaging personal property and then making it difficult for the customer to receive the 100% satisfaction guarantee because they have you sign a computized receipt for themselves and without a hardcopy for the customer before hastily leaving your residence stating that the quality of work is satisfactory. Beware senior citizens, elderly and the disabled!!! Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning is a scam artist company.
