My payment is due on the 29th of every month. I called Carolina Title Loans and made my payment before the due date this month. After the payment was made I asked the associate if my next payment is not due until 8/29/2023 since my payment for this month was paid before the due date. I was told that a payment would still be due on 7/29 because of the way their system is set up. Had I know that I would have to make 2 payments in the same month, I would have waited. I believe this is unfair and unethical. You are being penalized for making your payment before the due date. Why have a due date? This kind of practice does not make since to me and should be changed. I should not be charged a late fee for not making 2 payments in one month.
