We had the owner and his son come out on separate occasions to measure the countertops and ensure the fit was perfect. We had our counter tops installed February 18, 2022, in order to have them installed we had to put half down then the other half after installation. We paid 2,581.80 in total to have our countertops installed. On February 22 we let **** know we were unhappy with the installation due to the gouge in our brand new cabinets as well as the miscuts in the countertops. We sent pictures to **** who stated he would have *****, the production manager, and or the owner call us to rectify how this would be handled. No one called us to fix this situation.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/17) */ We did measure the countertops twice first with a lazer then after we cut a temple of the top on our cnc I returned to insure it would fit and at the first visit the cabinet was not complete. (this make it very difficult to get good measurements) The second visit the cabinets were still not complete but should not have cause much problems. When our installer came to do the installation the area that would have been impacted by the missing cabinet part was tight. After removing some material, he installed the top and scraped the cabinet face. When this happened he stopped and spoke with the husband and explained want happened , he inspected it and told our installer not to worry about it the cabinet guy had to come back to touch up some other thing. After speaking with the customer we find out that the cabinet guy would not come out . The issues the customer is having was supposed to be taken care by a different company. After receiving this complaint we have already reached out to the customer to try to take care of any problem that they may have that is in our scope of work
