Prompt, professional service. The tech, Richard, explained everything in detail in a way that made total sense. I do not feel like he over-sold anything. He even gave me a MUCH cheaper option but I opted to go with all of his recommended repairs because I could tell he knew what he was talking about and was an honest man. No fast-talking slickery, just an honest voice of experience. He said he could have it done in 2.5 hours and was actually done in less than 2. He even offered me a coupon which saved me almost $200. This is master class in under-promise and over-deliver. Richard is a true pro. Door works beautifully now...better than it did when originally installed by another company. I am definitely a lifetime customer and would recommend this service company to anyone without reservation.

I would recommend Precision Garage door service to anyone. I called them with my problem, and they came out the next day on time and we were able to place our order. Then when the doors came in (Quicker than expected) they were there at the time they said and installed the doors and explained things that I needed to do to keep them working great.
