    I appreciate the fact that I have insurance could not have done it without you. But when I waked into Doctor's Care recently I was asked for my debit card As far as I know they were creating a billing profile like a guarantour but I was not told that I had a co-pay on urgent care until they handed me a receipt and i mentioned this is worker's comp and should be put through them. I was told by the front desk that they did not hear me say worker's comp and they made a mistake. So now I see that the claim was processed through my indivifual insurance and even though I spoke to the office at BCBS that is supposed to ensure the correct policy gets billed I have not heard back from them yet and I see a clai professed on my BCBS profile. I would like the 30 dollars back and process the clai through worker's comp the transaction is unauthorized and now that the claim is being processed againt my personal insurance instead of worker's comp the Doctor's climic will eventually expect after they bill me an additional $45 dollars for the visit. This is something I would not have to pay if the correct insurance was billed in the fiurst place. I disputed this with my bank ******** ******* Credit Union and I was told because it dealt with insurance they were not going to touch it. (Cherrypicking instead of processing disputes as they come in, I know right? But it is obviously a billing error and i deserve the money back because it is unauthorized and creates a UDAP an Unfair and Deceptive Practice, which is enforced by the Federal Trade Commission. I have to dispute the item or have to pay my own money then have another charge of 45 and there was no meeting of the minds as far as a payment. I contacted BCBS and ****** and gave many many details and I would like this sent to worker's comp where it belongs, I emailed the bank and BCBS recently and have not heard anything until I called in tonight and was treated rudely by a ****** Rep that's how I knew that the claim was being reje

    The Worst!!! First i put in a request to see what was covered as instructed on their website. No reply. Second request - no reply. Third request - no reply. So i finally found a phone number and the gentle man told me it was covered. Then a day later i get a reply to my web request and said it was not covered. Then i get a call back from the gentleman telling me it was not covered, and he made a mistake. i then get an EOB on 4/15/2024 from a procedure on 8/21/23. because it's so late i cannot use my flexible benefits to pay a 2000$ unexpected bill. I call to find out why it took so long. Lots of typing noises and ok's - then after this for 20 minutes, she hangs up on me. I call back and am put on hold again and they can't find the procedure or any information. Going on 25 minutes now with no reply. WTH. Absolutely the worst! I had something show up on a routine X-Ray(mammogram) which was covered. then it became diagnostic and further imaging was not covered. Unbelievable, I think if they would have covered the type of imaging needed in the first place we could have skipped the xray.
