      Ordered an Abu Garcia Rod/Reel combo. Ordered online, order # ***** . Rod was snapped in two when it arrived. I can only assume it was damaged in shipping, but no response to online submissions/request for replacement and an email with photos. Found a customer service number but was transferred to a hold that never picked up....ever. Reading similar stories here and now worried that I was taken advantage of. I just want another rod or combo sent.

      I purchased a fishing rod from Pure Fishing over the holidays in November 2022. Paid 102.44. When tracking the package *** stated the package was damaged. The package was never delivered to me. I sent multiple emails and made multiple calls to Pure Fishing with no response from this company. I would like to have a replacement sent.

      Just perchased the ultralight x 9ft 8wt. Your warranty registration link is STILL not working, there has been wide spread reports of hardy registration links not working and no response from hardy customer service since early 2021 and its still not fixed. The registration link just goes to the homepage and the email link is for an address thats been de activated. Messaging on Hardy ******** page was ignored as well. This is embarrassing guys, why pure would perchase a heritage brand like hardy and allow its reputation to go down the drain is beyond me. I see there's plenty of man power at hardy for marketing efforts but zero for customer service tasks as simple as new rod registration. Stop using covid as an excuse and get your act together before a great brand is ruined. Will not be buying another hardy product until this is resolved.

      November 11, 2022 purchased a fishing rod from Pure Fishing (for $84.75) order #********. There was a promo (gift) Ugly Stik filet knifes to be included for ordering a Shakespere Ugly Stik Rod. Received the rod (no knifes) container was damage ( took photos) fortunately the rod wasn’t damaged. The rod had no tags or paperwork, looked like it was a return or a second) No customer service # on their website only email to contact them. Emailed them 3 times with NO response. Contacted our credit card company and registered a complaint (opened a dispute) . Dispute is ongoing. Emailed them a 4th time asked them to send a prepaid label and container to return to them or contact me and try to compromise! Still no response as of this time!

      I ordered multiple items from the website and received all but one item. It was a fishing Rod that shows it was damaged in transit and UPS states they notified the shipper. I have sent 5 email inquiries with no response and have received no refund or any other communication. There is no customer service phone number either. I would like the item I ordered but if that isn’t possible, I want a refund for an item I never received.

      I puchased a 2 piece Fenwick HMG spinning rod that was delivered on 8/26/2022. The top portion was broken. I have sent multiple emails and phones calls with no response. Finally after my credit card company contacted Pure Fishing they eventually responded stating there was a chargeback from my bank. This is absolutely NOT the case and they have refused to allow me to return or exchange the rod. If there was a chargeback why did they not request the damaged product? Needless to say I have sent all requested information and I'm documenting all activities. If they were a legitimate business they would have allowed me to return the product for a refund or at least exchange. They have not even requested the product back.

      I bought an Ugly Stik fishing rod and reel combo for $50. They sent me a broken rod - a half rod, a rod snapped in two. It was broken when it was packaged. I emailed, filled out their forms, took all the pictures. They've done nothing but ignore me for weeks. They intentionally sent me a broken product, kept my money, didn't refund, repair or replace - just ignore. They're thieves.

      For 5 months I have been trying to get a response from Pure Fishing about a replacement section for my Shakespeare Agility Casting Rod ASPS 6090 2L 9' light 01A118K. I sent 5 messages to the "contact us" section of their website, I sent at least 5 email messages to various email addresses associated with "customer service", I called 2 different phone numbers which went to VM or disconnected, I sent messages via ******** to the President and the CEO as well as emails to their purefishing.com addresses and I even sent an old fashioned typed letter via USPS to the President seeking a response. Nobody has had the courtesy to offer one reply. I suffered a theft of fishing gear from my truck while on a fishing trip in June. The tip section of that rod was stolen but the bottom section remained in the truck. I am simply seeking information on how to obtain another tip section for that rod! The systemic failure of this company to address customer contact is staggering. I have been a loyal Shakespeare customer for decades and was even a wholesale customer when I was repairing reels many years ago. Their customer service was great prior to being swallowed by Pure Fishing. There are plenty of quality fishing items on the market which are not owned by Pure Fishing and they will get my business from now on. It would have been a very simple matter to resolve but they have let it turn into a festering sore. Shameful!
