Transaction date 11/14/2022 Order number ******** ****** payment of 184.88 Although when ordered the site said the boots were in stock to be shipped in one to three days. Called the company and they said they will cancel the order because the item was not in stock.When I called the ****** they said the company never informed them for a refund. Try to get in touch with US Patriot and they put you on hold and never call back when you indicate you would like a call back. I now have a case with PaPal for a refund.Business response

Ordered a pair of pants because they showed as "in stock" on the website. The order confirmation I received also said "in stock" after I had purchased and paid for the pants. After not being able to reach customer service through phone multiple times and through the contact form on the website, I checked the website again and those pants have been taken off of the website. The pants are Arc'teryx LEAF Assault Pants AR Gen 2 size 30 regular in ranger green. Order number is XXXXXXXX. I would like an ETA on shipment of pants if possible.Business response

I ordered a jacket for $714.37 from US Patriot online store on 10/4. My credit card was charged right away on that day and the transaction was showed on the statement for the date of 10/5. But US Patriot never shipped the order. I tried to call their customer service but no answer all the time. I emailed them but they never responded except an automated reply message said they would get back to me, however, they never contacted me. I ordered jacket and pants that are too big. They are XXL instead of Large. I ordered a hat that is too small. Its 7 instead of 8 1/4th. Ive been emailing them and calling and Cant get a response. I didn't get my belt that I ordered either. When I called on 10-4-2022 at 9:30am it said they were closed for labor day even though that was a month ago. Order ********Business response

I do know that you have been in communication with Samantha multiple times today. I understand that you want a quicker answer, however we have explained to you that to be able to help facilitate any form of return we need to see what you received that is incorrect. As you stated the sizes were not correct in the emails and in your BBB Complaint, however you have refused to show us images of the tags on these items. If you believe that it is our mistake than please provide us with what we need so that we can fix it. If it was your mistake, we can work with you to fix it, but we still need to see what you got to be able to move forward. As it stands currently - We do not have the information needed to provide you with a return/exchange because you have not provided it to us. I have placed the order on the website on 15th August. The cloth I bought is Arc'teryx Alpha Jacket Gen2 (item number: ******) and I paid the full price $710.25. The order number is: 00352324. I have called the customer service a week after I placed the order, and they told me the cloth was not available at that time but they promised me to ship the cloth on 26th September. Yet, it's 30th September today and I've been calling the customer service hotline for several times after 26th September, the calls have never been answered and I also haven't received any call back. But the website shows the cloth is still in stock till now. My request is just a full refund ASAP.Business response
