      I placed an order over a month ago, they have not sent the order and will not return my emails or calls. I would like a refund ASAP so I can purchase from someone else, as US Patriot Tactical are not sending them and I have paid for them. I need them for work ASAP.

Which I have done. This item should not have been available on our site, and I have already spoken to our ecom team to bring the item down. This is not how we do things 99% of the time. I just want to make sure we are taking care of you. I have attached the receipt of refund to this email and again I am so, so sorry about this.

      I ordered a product from them on August 28th. (Tru Spec Flight Suit) . I paid in full, the money was taken from my PayPal account. Since that order date I have heard NOTHING from the seller at all. I got my invoice, and that is all. I have called them, and left a request for callback by pressing 1 at least three times. I have never gotten a call back. I sent in a helpdesk ticket to them looking for help, and I have not had the courtesy of a reply. I tried their facebook site and left a message there, which has still not been answered. I am currently on hold with their "customer service line" and have been on hold for well over 20 minutes with no reply in sight. I have attached everything that I have to show the evidence trail. Please help me get my item, or refund my money. This is unacceptable.

The director of sales (Who is a really cool guy) got me taken care of and apologized profusely. I am very happy now and will buy form them again in the future I am sure.

      Unavailable customer service/ support to assist with real time order status with multiple fail attempts of contact to and from this company through ********, email and phones. No follow-up on case for orders from company. Phone call options menus all end with automatic hang ups and no call-backs. No options to cancel order on website, as item, boots, where not shipped, online order status only "confirmed" order but does not provide other details such as back order, out of stock, or item discontinued.

      I placed an order (#XXXXXXXX) on 08/07/22 and received no further notice of shipping or cancellation. On 08/12/22, I submitted a ticket asking for an update on my order and promptly received a response stating that the items I ordered are on backorder and that there was no expected ETA of when the items would be available. I was then asked if I wanted to proceed with the order or cancel it. I requested to cancel the order and be refunded the total amount of $111.50. No communication from the company was made and no refund was issued. On 08/16/22 I submitted another ticket asking a second time for a full refund. I have yet to get a response from the company. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was charged the full amount for an order that is not even in stock. My credit card was charged for $111.50 on 08/08/22. The person who responded to my initial inquiry, Christopher T********, said their website has been displaying incorrect inventory issues. Having such issues is understandable to an extent. However from the looks of previous customer complaints, this issue has been going on for at least 6 months. What is not acceptable is to charge customers for products they cannot fulfil, or have even confirmed with the customer if they are willing to wait for it to become available.

      I recently ordered a backpack from this company. The backpack that I ordered was in stock, or so the site said. It's been nearly two weeks with no shipping information besides the order number. I've emailed multiple times trying to find out why my order wasn't shipped were the backpack was supposedly in stock. I finally email was a request for a refund where it seems that it may not have been in stock and it was false advertisement. I've received no response back. I decided to look up their reviews here and found that many others have had the same problem. My order number is XXXXXXXX. I also paid for faster shipping and would like a refund on that as well.       ON August 1st, 2021 I ordered a pair of Under Armour Women's UA Micro Gï��® Valsetz Leather Tactical Boots Item #: XXXXXXX-XXX-X for $128.25. Order number #XXXXXXXX. I received other items in my order within a few days but not my boots. It's now November 2nd and I have not received my boots. I've contacted customer service with no response. I've tried calling and haven't gotten anyone to pick up the phone. I want a refund or I actually want my boots.

      I placed a purchase on 4/22/21 for $204.98 plus shipping for a pair of army boots. They never told me the boots had been out of stock for months prior. I didn't even find out until i contacted them directly a month after ordering. They told me i could have a refund or i can continue to wait. I opted to wait but after following up a few weeks ago, they said they still didn't have a restock date. I chose to ask for me refund on 09/08/21. The proceeded to give me store credit in place of my refund because they said the law requires them to delete customer information 6 months after doing business. Which is fine, however 6 months had not lapsed. And even so, i would gladly take a check for my refund yet they told me there's nothing they can do.

      I placed an order for the Belleville Hot Weather Tactical Steel Toe Boots on August 26, 2021. After one week of use, they have worn down to show the toe, making them unserviceable. I reached out to U.S. Patriot Tactical on October 8, 2021 to make them aware of the issue and asked for a resolution to the issue. They required photos of the boots, and then proceeded to deny any resolution to the issue due to "wear and tear". Due to the fact that the boots wore down after one single week, this is not a satisfactory response. This is not a case of "wear of tear". These boots should not have worn down after one week of use.
