      I spent close to $500 with this business back in March it is may they still have not sent my items to me I'm a soldier and this is disgraceful that they cannot send my uniform issue parts to me that I need this company should be put out of business they don't communicate you can't call them on the phone they don't answer emails they block all my emails when I try to add something everything's blocked stay away from this company never spend money here you won't get your items or your money back I've asked for a refund they don't do any of it very crooked outfit

      Terrible customer service. I ordered boots a month ago, im getting ready to deploy and a month later all I have recieved is that they're still processing my order. Since I need boots for deployment I decided to cancel and buy else where but when I got a response to my cancelation request, I was told my order is too far gone to cancel. That doesn't even make sense since they still haven't shipped. I was told I can return when they arrive! Again, they haven't even been processed yet. Do NOT buy from this company, they say military friendly but apparently not those who getting ready to deploy.

      Customer service was completely dishonest. Called to cancel the order the day after it was placed (28 Aug) and was told the order was manifested and couldn't be cancelled. An email with tracking info was said to be sent by end of day. Nothing was recieved and I called again the next day to check on the status of my order (30 Aug) and that time I was told that it wasnt manifested at all. A cancellation request was then put in and I was told a representative would reach out. Nobody reached out and no email was received. I called 6 days later (5 Sep). Asking what the status of the cancellation was and was THEN told it couldn't be cancelled because it was already manifested/shipped. I checked on the status using the website and it said the label was created and it shipped 5 Sep! This dishonesty is absolutely ridiculous, spend your money elsewhere.

      “Gear” way too expensive. Plus this “patriot” store is giving giving giving to Ukraine. What happened to concern over our homeless vets? Be wary of this store…

      Twice now they’ve sent me fake PT pants. They very obviously covered over the real size with whiteout tape and then wrote in a fake size and covered up the NSN with a Sharpie. Straight up fraud.

Our goal is to provide you with quality products and service. Our Customer Service team issued a refund on 7/3. You should've received a confirmation email from us of this refund on the day you requested. Again, we sincerely apologize and will expedite resolution for this quality issue.

      My experience at the Fort Sam Houston, store #2, was awesome. The store supervisor, Jarina, was professional and courteous. Her knowledge of details of items in the store not only helped me choose the best boots i needed, but motivated me to make additional purchases. Very pleased, thank you Jarina.

      Absolutely incompetent and dishonest. Website said they'd send order within 24 hours. Two weeks later nothing had arrived. I repeatedly emailed with no response. I then called and was told order would definitely be cancelled and that I'd receive a reply to confirm. No reply. Items still sent weeks later after I already purchased them from honest companies. Total garbage, do NOT buy from this company.

      Liars. I purchased a custom OCP top from them because it showed on their website I would receive this item in a timely manner. A few days after the purchase, I went to my account to check the status of my order and it shows multiple items for the top out of stock and would take about a month. I immediately emailed the company to ask for the cancellation and refund due to this inconvenience. The company never responded. I emailed the company again a week later with the same complaint and this time they responded. They stated in the email that my product was released from the back order on 05/20/2023 and they already working on getting the badges sewn on so they can’t cancel. I responded with photos of my order from their website that contradicts their statement as it shows 4 items for the order as out of stock and the estimated ship date of 06/13/2023. They answered back that their system doesn’t update the dates when they come in and to expect to have my product shipped by the end of the week. A week later I decided to check my order again, and now it’s still showing the out of stock items with a new estimated ship date of 06/19/2023. How did the date update if they don’t update the dates of when products come in? They lied directly to me and won’t refund my money. There’s no way they’re working on my order and are holding my money hostage until they find it convenient to fulfill it. This company is absolute trash and needs to be shut down to prevent further stealing.

We appreciate you bringing to our attention the confusion with our estimated ship date infomation. It appears we received the product in sooner than we anticipated. I've researched the issues with the email responses and have addressed those concerns with our Customer Service team. In a nutshell, we failed you tremendously with this order and this is not the experience we want our customers to have from us.       I recently had a highly frustrating experience with US Patriot, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with their shipping policy and customer service. Despite their advertised policies, I encountered significant difficulties when attempting to cancel an order and receive a refund. First and foremost, US Patriot failed to adhere to their own shipping policy. The promised delivery timeframe was clearly stated during the checkout process, but my order was not even shipped within the specified window. As a result, I did not receive my package in time for the intended purpose, causing inconvenience and frustration. When I contacted US Patriot's customer service to address the issue, I expected a prompt resolution and understanding of the situation. Regrettably, this was not the case. The representatives I interacted with were unhelpful, unresponsive, and lacked empathy towards my predicament. Instead of offering solutions, they seemed more interested in deflecting responsibility and avoiding any form of accountability. To add insult to injury, when I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund, US Patriot showed a complete unwillingness to cooperate. They cited some obscure clauses in their terms and conditions, conveniently ignoring the fact that their shipping policy was not fulfilled. It is disheartening to see a company prioritize their own rules over customer satisfaction and basic fairness. As a consumer, I value transparency, honesty, and good customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with US Patriot has been far from satisfactory. Their disregard for their own shipping policy and their refusal to accommodate my request for a refund has left me deeply disappointed. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider purchasing from US Patriot, as their shipping policy appears to be more of a marketing gimmick than a commitment to reliable service.
