    I am so happy I found Red Fox Roofing! Masen has been amazing through the whole process of dealing with my insurance company. He definitely made my life easier! His customer service is something you don’t see/expect these days. He does what he says he’s going to do, is responsive and just an all around great guy to work with. Give him your business….you won’t be disappointed!

    This was my experience with Red Fox Roofing. I requested this company to come check out the roof repair, they cancel and rescheduled for the next day. They went to the wrong property address and sent me a message stating that the house had a metal roof and they didn’t repair metal roof. I sent him a message stating that they were at the wrong address the house didn’t have a metal roof, by this time he was already 50 miles away. He didn’t call to confirm the address. Red Fox roofing message me and said he was on his way back to the property. A few minutes after that I received a message and he said “he was too busy to take on anymore repairs at the moment” who does that! No customer service at all! I will not request this company ever again! I will not refer Red Fox Roofing to any one, this company is the worst!

    I am very satisfied with Red Fox Roofing. They responded to my inquiry quickly and answered all my questions. They are very knowledgeable and great to work with. They were able to get my roof installed in a short time and sent me pictures all along the way. My roof looks great! Would definitely recommend!
