Back in Feb. of 2022, we signed a contract to have them install a walk in shower. We gave them $3,325 deposit. The rest of the money was to be paid when they completed the project. Finally , the week of June 20th the materials came in and we were scheduled for installation. 2 days before they were to install, they called and cancelled because of Brunswick County NC permit issues (this is what we were told). We have it in writing that they are cancelling, and we are to get a refund within 4 to 6 weeks (which we signed and agreed). Calls were made to Randy (the owner) about the refund status, and he said someone from accounting will send an email to us. No response for day. Calls and emails were made to the office with no response. Finally, I sent a message on messenger to Randy. He messaged back he had sent an email to the company. I said we never got a reply. He then said he can work something out with a licensed plumber to install the shower. We said no, we want our money (as per the signed agreement). He said the materials are in his office and he would like it removed. He also said the materials would have to be sold to get our money back. Again, not in the signed contract. It says 4 to 6 weeks and no mention of selling the materials. Told him we will contact an attorney. They did not supply nor install a shower, and they cancelled. We want our money back. I do NOT recommend this company. Too many issues contacting them and them not calling.
