On 2/22/22 I signed a contract with them on July 6, 2022, I requested a cancelation of the contract because they could not do the work was told through email that I would receive a refund of my deposit within four to six weeks from 7/062022 I still have yet to receive my refundInitial Complaint

On March 19, we signed a contract for 2 tub to shower remodels with One Day Bath (now known as Bath Kings) and paid the deposit on March 21, 2022, The order was put in and the email said it would take 4-6 week. As of this writing (Nov 3-almost 8 months later), we have had nothing done. I didn't hear anything for a while so on July 19, I called them, left messages, and finally Brittany in the office called me back. They said one of the colors was on backorder. I could choose another color or wait until the end of Aug. We decided to wait instead of trying to pick another color. End of Aug comes and no word. I called and left messages again and finally got a call back from Brittany. The color is still on back order until the end of Sept. She said she could email me the substitute color which she did but even the original color that I had a sample of didn't look like the email pic so she emailed back and said she could send me a sample. I emailed back that would be fine and, in the meantime, I would like a copy of their license, insurance and permits or copies of these docs from their subs if they have any. Dead silence. Again, I sent an email requesting the information and still nothing. I then sent a certified letter stating the same request and that if I didn't hear back, I would assume they didn't have this information and would have no recourse but to report them to the State of SC. I also told them that they would be starting nothing at my house until I had this info. I heard nothing. They are no longer answering my phone calls, texts or emails. I called the supplier, and they told me they have not shipped everything. I don't know the reason (non-payment, doesn't have it, etc.) and she couldn't tell me. We are still sitting with nothing done on either bathroom, and I will not allow any work if they only have partial supplies.Initial Complaint

* Date of transaction is 3/12/2022 * Paid deposit in the amount of $5,000. * This Complaint is with One Day Bath of South Carolina and is located 1631 Hwy 544 Ste 2 Conway, SC 29526 * The phone number is X-XXX-XXX-XXXX * Remodeled bathroom shower, counter top, and accessories. * It was supposed to happen within 6 to 8 weeks. It has not happened. When I call the place of business no one answers. When I call the sales person who came to my house to give the sale pitch he tries to smooth things over and give reasons as to why it has not happened. He always say someone will call me to give me an update the person never calls. After many attempts of calling and trying to speak to someone, someone answers the phone and give me the same line, someone will call you back and the person never does. I have asked for a refund since I don't know if this will ever happen and I can not get answers, but that is ignored.
