      My husband ***** purchased a 2023 Dodge Durango from Conway Ford in August of 2024. As we live 2 hours from Conway, I contacted them before driving there to be certain that the car was an all wheel drive vehicle (as listed in their ad). This was very important to my husband. After being assured that this was so, we drove to Conway Ford. While on the test drive, my husband was, again, assured the car was all wheel drive. We purchased the car. In January, we had 4 inches of snow and ice. The car is NOT all wheel drive! I contacted Conway Ford by phone and by email and have been ignored. We haven't received as much as an apology. There has been no effort on their part to so much as ask us what they might do to make up for this gross misrepresentation. I cannot, therefore suggest doing business with this company. Buyer beware!

      Conway Ford makes every effort to properly advertise vehicles on the internet. This vehicle was represented to be a rear wheel drive in 4 different places on our internet posting. This vehicle was not represented to be a four wheel drive at anytime. Conway Ford has documents to provide representing the vehicle to be a rear wheel drive.

      Terrible! Sold me a car July 2 with 64, 500 miles. **** my husband and I it had a total inspection done to the entire vehicle bumper to bumper and that it was in great shape, with no issues, no wrecks, one owner, great air conditioner, no problems whatsoever. Gave them my down payment, got the financing set up. **** said they were going to change the oil which I thought would have already have been done. I waited and waited for a very long time. I saw **** going up to the sales manager talking about something more than once. I was thinking, what in the world is going on!! **** the Salesman finally, after 5 hours gave me my finalized papers, keys and sent me down the road in my "new to me" car. I was so happy. Well, that changed quickly. 1 1/2 miles down the road the air went from ice cold to desert hot. I immediately turned around, called ****, told him I was coming back, he said, no!, wait until he called me, because he didn't think the service ***** would see me. I was there in 1 minute. Went straight to the sales manager who had just saw me drive off, the car was taken to the service area. After waiting at least 45 minutes, watching people huddling together talking, **** took me to his office, where he informed me he could not sell me the car because it had serious issues with it and could not be driven safely on the road. I was lied to. I believe with everything in me they all knew it was never inspected. They all knew the condition of the vehicle when they sent me out of there, thinking the air conditioner would get me home and then blame the irreparable damage done to the transmission, frame, etc. on me, by the time I found it out. They put me on the road in a car that was damaged beyond repair and put my life, my money and my trust in people all on the line.

      Conway Ford would like to apologize for your experience at our dealership. We are very proud of our excellent customer service. We purchased this vehicle at the auction and the condition report did not disclose the damage that we found in our service department. After we found the issues with this vehicle we did not feel comfortable selling this vehicle to you. You would have never been satisfied with this vehicle due to all the hidden problems that were not disclosed to Conway Ford by the auction. Conway Ford returned this vehicle to the auction.

      I purchased a 2023 **** Escape from Conway Ford in 2023 mileage ***** and the third cylinder blew up. We had the car towed to Conway Ford it was no longer drivable. They did not say anything about a rental car, never even offered us one. They had the car for three weeks no repairs due to missing parts. We went into the dealership to find out the prognosis and that's when we were told that they still needed parts to repair. At this point we advised them that we did not want the car back. They offered us no incentives, said nothing about any laws about cars like this. So, we purchased another 2023 **** Escape supposedly the same car, same features. This car was not the same, lacked features and did not ride or drive well. We kept the car for a while, making payments then decided we need to start looking again. We went looking at another **** dealership and we were informed that we had negative equity. Our fault, we should have paid more attention to the buying process but at this point we just needed a car. Due to the lack of information from Conway Ford and not offering to buy the car back we will not do business with them again. They just seem to be dishonest to us about this issue.

      We did trade them out of the unrepairable escape in 2023. They purchased another Escape. We recently attempted to help them with the purchase of a new car in 2024 after ***** submitted an internet lead through the True Car website. When we made contact , we were informed by her that she had already purchased a new car on 5/6/24.

      I bought a 2022 **** bronco from Conway ford the end of April and they said the navigation system wasnt working and they said they would be able to fix it. After a month of them working on another bronco exactly like mine with the same problem no success. Now its been 3 months and still nothing. I asked if I could bring my vehicle back and get one with the navigation working and they said for $50 to $75 more a month I could do that. I paid nearly $39,000 for this vehicle after my trade and got treated like a rented mule. They exceed expectations in there commercial but just in there commercial. Very disappointed. The vehicle they are working on with the same problem has been 6 months or so with no results. They reset our navigation system 3 times with no results. Beware when buying a vehicle from them

      Conway Ford is very sorry the navigation is not working on their Bronco Sport. ****************** is working on the issue to resolve it. Conway Ford will contact the customer when an update is available for their vehicle. Conway Ford is aware of the problem and has been waiting for a resolution from ***** We hope we will have a fix soon.

      Was on vacation and 6 hours from home. We had a sensor in the transmission that was bad and we already diagnosed the problem just needed it changed along with both transmission filters and fluid. When we showed up to pick up truck the bill was $988.55. It was $37.40 for the sensor and $131.50 for new transmission fluid they didnt even change the filters after we asked for both of them to be changed because they said the fluid looked clean which is unacceptable. They charged $787.50 in labor for a job that only takes 1 hour at the most. So I wouldnt recommend taking anything to them totally untrustworthy and will ***** out of state people for sure.
