    I placed an order for a dutch oven on Thursday, 3/21/23 for overnight delivery. Unfortunately, I am not in receipt of the package as it was stolen. We did our due diligence. I will provide a police report and visual evidence if it means receiving a replacement. I don't want the money back. Le Creuset was extremely unsympathetic. Why are these packages not sent with required signature?? People run out for errands or emergencies and can miss the delivery and just that fast, an expensive package is taken. Signature capture would have alleviated this entire situation. Again, I just am looking for a replacement WITH signature required, or have it sent to a drop off box to prevent this from happening again. This is in reference to order #********.

    They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I have THOUSANDS of dollars worth of their cookware, some for over 25 years. Although they say "lifetime" warranty, they absolutely do not mean it. If you have a problem they do their best to get you to just give up, because they are constantly giving you requests for different angles of pictures. Oh and by the way, if you don't answer within 48 hours your ticket is closed and you have to start all over. I have attempted to file a warranty twice. The first time I was told it was my cooking error and they would not honor a return. The second time I had literally cooked in the pot two times and the finish was coming off the outside of the pot. After multiple emails for additional pictures they also denied my claim saying I was storing the pot improperly. Well, that was the final straw-I basically had to throw a fit to get them to return the pot, shipping at my cost of course to receive an exchange. It has been two months since I returned my $500 pot and still no word on the arrival of my new one. I do love the cookware, but they are the most expensive pot out there- they should have customer service to match, and they do not. I won't be buying any more and will discourage everyone I know from buying from them.
