Absolute worst service from a retail company I have ever seen. You can't talk to a human being, they don't get back to you, they issue tracking numbers that don't work with the courier they hired to deliver. I ordered $5K worth of product to redo our kitchen 3 weeks ago and can't get so much as a call back from them and courier company can't even tell me if the order has been picked up. Never, ever, ever buy product from this company. I can only imagine how frustrating it is to return or exchange. May well have to contact my credit card company and tell them it was a loss and never received anything.Review from Matt A

Terrible customer service! Received a damaged dutch oven. I have sent nearly a dozen emails over more than a week, and it takes the company days to answer each email. They keep responding that they've sent a return label, but each time it never arrives. How convenient! I think they're expecting me to just get frustrated and give up. Don't do business with this arrogant company.Review from amy b

They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I have THOUSANDS of dollars worth of their cookware, some for over 25 years. Although they say "lifetime" warranty, they absolutely do not mean it. If you have a problem they do their best to get you to just give up, because they are constantly giving you requests for different angles of pictures. Oh and by the way, if you don't answer within 48 hours your ticket is closed and you have to start all over. I have attempted to file a warranty twice. The first time I was told it was my cooking error and they would not honor a return. The second time I had literally cooked in the pot two times and the finish was coming off the outside of the pot. After multiple emails for additional pictures they also denied my claim saying I was storing the pot improperly. Well, that was the final straw-I basically had to throw a fit to get them to return the pot, shipping at my cost of course to receive an exchange. It has been two months since I returned my $500 pot and still no word on the arrival of my new one. I do love the cookware, but they are the most expensive pot out there- they should have customer service to match, and they do not. I won't be buying any more and will discourage everyone I know from buying from them.Review from Brittany K

Bad business. I have been battling a return since June/July of last year (2023). I received a stock pock that was damaged. Had a chip out of the coating. I exchanged the pot (took weeks to receive my new return lable but once I did the exchange was sucessful). The new pot came. I cook a vegetable soup in it and while I was serving it to my family we noticed cream colored sharp shards in our food. Upon further investigation I realized the entire bottom of the stockpot had chipped off during cooking and we were consuming the enamel. I threw the stock pot away (and dinner) and reached out to customer service (*************************). Even though I provided many pictures of the pot and our food with SHARDS in it I was told in order to receive a refund they needed to have the pot. ************************* then stopped responding to my emails. When I would call and ***** would answer she would hang up on me. I finally got a hold of ******* who told me they refused to give a refund they needed the pot. I got the pot of the trash and requested a return lable. Only then did ***** respond with the return label. I have since returned the item and have confirmation through *** that it was received on their end through my tracking number and have to this day not been issued a refund. This company has my item, my money, and has stopped responding to my e-mails regarding this issue. I will never do business with them again nor will I be purchasing their products for my clients anymore. Worst experience I have ever had. ****************** is an absolute joke. Terrible company and terrible customer service. I have 9 different pots/pans/skillets from over 18 years of collecting. The last two I have purchased (both with in the last 3 years) have the enamel coating peeling. One of the pots is only a month old and only used twice. The quality of the pieces have dwindled in the past few years. Its a shame because they used to be the best on the market. My wife is a professional chef and loves their pots and utensils and knows the ins and outs of taking care of her prized cooking possession's. Customer service's main tactic is to call out the client and tell them that they are doing something wrong as apposed to taking the blame for a very clear manufacturing error or because of their lack of quality control. I guess that's the new world that we live in. ****** learned and unfortunately we will never be spending another dime with them. Their loss in the long run.Review from Jeanine Y

Due to their horrendous customer service, never again will I purchase a Le Creuset product. After 3 attempts to get a refund, they finally processed the credit, but to my son's card! Besides this problem, there is no option to talk to a human. The website and telephone recording apologize for delays due to COVID-19 - really? Are they still under lockdown orders even though the rest of the world is back to normal? Shame on your incompetence, Le Creuset!For the record, the item was returned, and delivery to Le Creuset confirmed on 1/19/23. Since then, it took 3 separate emails and 3 different representatives before the refund was credited, but to the wrong card!Review from Alex W

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I had ordered a 20 piece mixed materials set and a pumpkin cocotte as a Christmas gift on 11/22/22, I spent nearly $1400 dollars, which was a big purchase for me. like others here have mentioned, my order was split into two shipments. The pumpkin Cocotte was received no problem, but the 20 piece mixed material set was lost by *** almost immediately. It took over 2 months to process a refund, at which point, the item I had originally bought was out of stock. The customer service agents are useless, don't follow up and are only really able to say "whoops, sorry"There's only one surpervisor, **********. So don't even try to elevate your issue, it will only get stuck in a bottle neck and you won't hear back from anyone (even if they say someone will reach out, they never do)I was told I would receive a casserole dish as a gift for the poor experience. It's February now and I haven't heard back or received anything. I eventually just gave up trying to get my gift. At least I received my refund for the undelivered item, after waiting 45 days. DO NOT BUY LE CREUSET ITEMS FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE, YOU WILL ONLY GET A HEADACHEReview from Gabby M

Extremely dissatisfied in Le Creuset's customer service. They do not stand by their products. I first reached out on December 9th, 2022 about a crack in the enamel of my dutch oven. I explained to the agent that I studied the le creuset care and use guide as this was my first le creuset item, so I took the utmost care of it. Never dropped it, always let it cool before washing, only used silicone spatulas. I've also only baked bread in it a handful of times. I noticed a crack within the first month with underusing it and overprotecting it. The first time I reached out, the agent accused me of misusing it, saying I must have dropped it. Well, I'm not a liar, and I'm sure there are a ton of people who try to abuse the warranty program, but this was not the case. I never heard back from that agent, and the case was marked resolved. I tried to reach out again after the case was resolved with no response. I decided to open a new ticket on January 4th, same thing. After a short interaction, the case was marked resolved after I sent an email that was never responded to. I'm sure Le Creuset is hoping I just get tired of not getting a response and stop contacting them, but these dutch ovens are not cheap, and it's ridiculous that I have to jump through this many hoops to get help.Review from Christina B

The customer service team at this company literally doesnt do anything. I was I for see that my product is still just sitting in the warehouse and yet I cannot make a change to my order? I get if the product was shipped already not allowing me to request a different color. But at over $600, I should be able to ask for the same product in a different color if the order is literally still being processed. I wouldnt even care if it takes and extra 3 days to process, but to say it is impossible when nothing has been done yet is ridiculous. I will not be trusting Le Creuset anymore.Review from Charisma O

Horrible customer experience. I ordered a roaster for over $400 and the salt and pepper shaker. I received two tracking numbers. The salt and pepper shaker was delivered but not the roaster. I emailed LE CREUSET and told them that only 1 of the tracking numbers was delivered and the other was not showing as shipped. the representative told me that the roaster was delivered and gave me the tracking for the *** and pepper shaker. I then noticed that the tracing for the roaster was canceled. I feel scammed. I should have went inside a store instead of ordering online. I never got my over $400 roaster. All I received was horrible customer service.
