BIG MISTAKE! I did not have to pay but did not receive any medicines. Started at $175 then by the time I left it was +$250. I gave a great review on my first visits. Today was suppose to be a blood recheck. Had me charged for office visit, blood draw then added medication for liver $56 (liver enzymes normal), added treat bag for kidneys (no problem). Had my other dog in a few weeks back. When Dr & assistant came in today both had an attitude. The dr rolled her eyes at one point. Then at check out the assistant went and told Dr I was upset. The Dr approached me in front office w/5 workers thankfully no customers. It got heated because she would not listen and kept talking over me after asking me questions. She told me she was not treating or charging me. I had already given the lady my payment. When Dr entered she told lady not to process. I kept wanting her to process so I could leave but Dr kept stopping her. If she would not have approached me I could have paid, left and never went back. I left with nothing but wasted time. With this being said, I let them know how I felt. I am sure they have a different story. DR NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO HANDLE CONFIDENTIAL ISSUES. DEFINITELY NOT IN FRT WITH WORKERS & CUSTOMERS. I took my Barney Dog, Waited +1hr to be called to room (excuse for wait was Dr Furr visited the office). No problem I enjoyed seeing Dr Furr. Once the examine started I felt rushed. My dog has an autoimmune disorder I was trying to get him set up as a new patient for medication refilled. Their on-line pharmacy is $45 more than getting it at Walgreen’s. Today I ask if she could write me a prescription since I COULD SAVE MONEY. For $10 she would write or call. Her response was ‘I run a business.’ supposedly donations the money. At visit had 2 ask twice for heartworm test and shot. Ask for FLEA & TICK pill but never received. Ask for it today! This Place was great my first visit, then average my second visit. My THIRD and LAST TIME ‘BIGGEST MISTAKE’
