      Had a great Experience and affordable. Their process is not like a private office but everyone was nice and friendly. Thanks for giving me my smile back!!!

      I came to Sexton Dental Center on May 28th, 2024 to have a tooth extraction on my tooth on the upper right side #3. I had x-ray done and ************** review the x-ray and said 2 teeth need to be removed but one was in sinus cavity and he could not take it out. He said come back the next day and ************ will be the one to take care of it. Make sure I was there at 8:00 am.On May 29th, 2024, I return and signed back in. About 10:30 am I was seen by **************. He introduced himself that he was the sinus tooth guy. At about 11:30am the **ray tech. Told me to come back at 12:30 pm. I was back at 12:00 noon. I waited until about 3:00pm and ************** himself called me back. ************** gave me a shot and walked out the room for about a minute or so. He came back in and started pulling the tooth and the tooth shattered, then he yelled out for someone to come help him (no assistance but after a few minutes someone did show up and he asked for suction. Then asked for a burb tool. The assistance had to go find one and come back with case if different ones so he can finish up. That took another ten minutes or so. ************** patted me on my back and said I did good young man! I this took place before my mouth was numb. While I am on my way home my mouth started to swell up. Overnight, my face gotten bigger and the pain was too server to drive for the 3 day back to *****************I called and talked to *** and he said well you should have just driven back. He had no care at all for the pain I was in.need answers:1.Why did I have to come back the 2nd day to have the same Dr. tell me he cant pull the tooth and the second day he was able to pull the tooth?2. What happen to ************, Why did he not pull it and I was told he was the one that was going to pull it?3.I need these questions answered and an apology sent back to me in writing letting me know that Sexton Dental Center messed up!4.If you cant make this happen, maybe my attorney office can..

      You presented to Sexton Dental Clinic on May 28, 2024.  ************** saw you and gave you a recommended treatment plan. He recommended you return to see ************** for a second opinion.  You returned to the clinic on May 29, 2024. ************** conducted his treatment plan. ************** performed the extraction based on the treatment plan ************** conducted that day.

      During our phone conversation, I asked you to return for a post operative examination to determine our best course of action for continued treatment. This is our standard practice when a patient calls stating they are in pain and swollen due to surgery.  A patient reads and signs our post operative care section prior to any procedure being performed.  Additionally, this section states that it could be possible for a patient to return for any follow-up care because of a surgical procedure performed by one of our dentists.

      Absolutely ridiculous! Paid $610 for a partial that is huge. I only have the temporary one and would have to wait 4 weeks for the permanent but they refuse to make it correctly. Took my money and said theres nothing else they can do for me. If they cannot do the job right, I want my money back.

      ****** at the desk as you walk in was Discriminating against me as soon as I called over the phone. Putting calls on hold for no reason. I walked into the business and was being discriminated against because I was African, I then asked to speak to her supervisor ***** and was asked to leave for no reason at all, whe I'm in pain and discomfort to see a dentist. I would like to file a complaint against this receptionist who doesn't stop talking and has to have the last say throughout the entire conversation. No matter what human beings identify as, it doesn't give ****** a right to force a patron going into to this establishment out because of her dislike of a person's biological make up of skin, hair color, mustache, clothes, eye color, language, or lip size and shape, Glasses or no glasses.

      I went to Sexton Dental Clinic on 3/24/23 my appointment was at 6am..not knowing how crowded they would be I arrived around 5:55 am, in which they already had a line but I was cool with that...to make a long story short I went in followed their protocols but during all of the processing I kept asking everyone (the staff) what my cost would be especially after the dentist told me all of my teeth need to be removed, but prior to me going about 1mon. I had already seen a dentist and he explained to me what I wanted was very expensive so he suggest Sextons but he also told me some of my teeth was savable, getting back to the story, when I called for the appt, the young lady quote me a price after I told her what I wanted to have done which the price range between $450-$565,,,give or take a few dollars so I was cool with that, so okay I go to the appt. once I see the dentist. can't remember his name but he was a tall ***************** with dark hair after all my xrays and impressions were done I'm still asking what the price is going to be especially with him telling me I need full dentures top and bottom(still no answers) now don't get me wrong I was prepared to pay an extra couple of hundred over my quote but not $600 over..so finally I get a price at the check out and she told me $1105...no ma'am I didn't come prepared for that so I proceeded to tell her what I came in for so she goes and speak with this dentist and he comes back with her, do yall know this man had the nerves to tell me in front of a room full of patients in the waiting area that if I wasn't going to have done what he said I needed to be done that he wasn't going to do nothing at ALL...the nerve of him and then I tried to explain to him that I didn't have that kind of $$ and he wouldn't listen to what I had to say. I will NEVER go back there again. If he would have pulled me aside and explain to me why he wouldn't do it I could have accepted that but instead he chose to embarrass me. Wish I could leave a 0

      Left one star because I Can’t leave zero. Went in today for a lower partial put it in. It did not fit. They fix it. Several times still did not fit. Then they told me it was because of my mouth not because of their teeth. Said there was nothing else they could do so I left crying and no one bothered to try to do anything else
