    Received a coupon in the mail for an air duct cleaning + dryer vent cleaning special. I called and set an appointment for Friday, 10/04/2024 and the gentleman said hed be there between the hours of noon to 3 pm. He ended up rescheduling for Tuesday, 10/08/2024. I received a missed call around pm that day, called him back and confirmed a 2 pm appointment. At 2:14 pm I call and text the **** ******, and no response. At 2:30 pm he texts me and says he has a flat. No return call. A text. Very unprofessional. I normally would have dismissed this, but the fact that he rescheduled already and couldnt accommodate the new date/time set BY HIM, not per our request doesnt sit well with me. Would not recommend.

    Total bait and switch scam. Advertise Air Duct ******************************** "cleaning" for $119. When they show up turns out the Chimney Cleaning is a partial cleaning (6'-8' up with a power drill tool insert). If you want the whole chimney cleaned it will be $200.The Air Duct "cleaning" amounts to a "dust removal" attempted by hooking up a large vacuum to one main line vent for 20 minutes to **** the dust out of the vents. This is not to be confused with a "Cleaning" - that will be a sanitation or a "deep clean" which is another charge you pay for by the # of vents you have which is hundreds of $ more.Total scam! They lure you in with low prices and then try to up-sell you for anything you've signed up to have done. Total bait and switch. Stay away from this business!

    Spammy. They sent a coupon in the mail, and then came and tried to upsell a service well above the actual cost of duct cleaning and sanitation. They also tried to say my ducts hadnt been cleaned in over 15 years, even though I had them done 3 years ago. Wouldnt do the basic service that was asked for, saying it wasnt worth it. Why they even exist here, I dont know. Save your money and your time.

    Total ************** I agree with the other posters on here.They send out a coupon in the mail to gain interest. It worked, I was interested. I called last Wednesday and spoke to a lady who called me back. I made an appointment for today (5/30/24) between 09:00 - 12:00. They are a no-show, no-call after I change my day to stay home and be here for them. I call them to ask where/when are they coming because it is after noon time. They have no record of my call, my name, my phone number in their records. Not only did I call and book the appointment, but the lady told me it was $30 extra for a second air-conditioner. Ok, no problem. I call and speak to ask where they are and I am told they can get me in on June 20th (in 21 days from now and after the coupon expires!!! What a bait & switch to not show up and try to reschedule AFTER the coupon expires!!

    Complete scam. They try and sell you on a same day service and charge 10X the going rate for duct cleaning. It is sad that people like this are running around taking advantage of others that might not know better. DO NOT use them.

    This ******* is a "Bait and ******* ******* that I should never have let into my house. If my view of their van hadn't been blocked by another ********* truck here that day, I wouldn't have let them set up their large, noisy machine, and pull out my dryer. Their van looked like it was on it's last legs and had no logo on it. Definitely a scam, but I didn't realize it soon enough.
