We bought a dresser at Ashley furniture and it broke in less than a year. We paid for the warranty and they sent someone to fix it. He said the part will be in two weeks. A month later we called to check and they said they didnt have us on file. They forwarded it to someone who could help us. A 2 weeks later we called again and we have been calling and emailing for 2 months and getting no where. ******** has a whole page of people called complaints for Ashley furniture. I am not alone. They will take your money and do nothing g to help you. Ashley furniture is a bunch of scammers. I have called 3 times, sent emails, did a live chat and every time they pass me off to people who dont reply. The furniture is cheap and the customer service is terrible. They out source it to people who cant help you. Dont buy warrenties and dont waster your money.Ashley HomeStore

On 02/21/2025, my husband and I went to Ashley furniture on Capital Blvd. We spent about $950 to $1000. We had to cancel due to the home we are renting being sold. We reached out to the Capital store on 03/16/2025 to cancel the order, we were told someone would cancel it for us. The order was not cancelled, it was put on the delivery truck and sent out to be delivered. We werent able to get the order officially canceled until the 19th and no one was ever able to explain why. After speaking to customer service, was told my refund check would be sent out. A week later I called to speak with customer service concerning my refund check. I was then told that refunds are only sent out on Thursdays, mind you I cancelled my order on a Sunday and it was in the system by Wednesday. They told me that my check could not be sent out on 03/20 because it was too close; I was advised it would be sent out on 03/27. After speaking to customer service I reached out to the Capital store to inquire on why I was not told refund checks are only sent out on Thursdays and I was advised that they were never aware of that procedure. After looking through all my documents and emails, searching the Ashley website, I was unable to locate any information stating refund checks are only sent on Thursdays. It does say your refund will be processed in 10 business days and when I questioned customer service and the store, I was told that the 10 days included from the time of cancellation to the time I get my refund, I was not told they do not issue the refund until the Thursday AFTER the 10th day. As of today, 04/01/2025, my refund check has not been issued. I spoke with Ashley and ****** in customer service and they told me that my refund check would not be issued until 04/03. This has been 3 weeks of wasted time and energy that we could have all saved if they would have cancelled the order. I would NOT recommend shopping with company as a whole. They will keep your money as long as they can.Ashley HomeStore

My husband and I bought a loveseat from Ashley and within a week we had to make a phone call for someone to come out to fix it. The pillows keep sinking and my husband is not a heavy man and its like sitting on the ground. The cushions do not stay where theyre supposed to be and a couple of times my husband almost slid off the loveseat. I do not advise anybody to buy anything from Ashley home store. We still owe money on it and as soon as we do and we are allowed to burn its going in the burn barrel all cut up. It is a disgrace that they sell such c***Ashley HomeStore

1 starI wish I could give 0 stars! This has been the worst service you could possibly imagine. We ordered a bedroom set and TV stand with fireplace almost 5 months ago. We were quoted 3-5 weeks and have never once received a phone call. We finally got some of our order that was supposed to be white glove delivery and set up for us. Instead the guys said oh no we dont know how to set this up and left boxes and styrofoam for us to clean up. We have now had 3 more trucks attempt to deliver our bedroom furniture while we took apart our bed set and have been sleeping on the floor since we were told it would be in that day. Today the delivery driver said oh no we dont have the bed just the foot step then he said oh ya we know we get complaints all the time about this type of stuff. When we call for the managers they have the appointment team call back to schedule another partial delivery. My experience was horrible and definitely my last. I purchased a bed with a sales representative. The sales representative and trusted ordered the wrong base for my king size bed. She ordered a queen size base instead of a king size base. Two months later they corrected the mistake. I didnt pay on my credit card until they rectify the problem. So now I go to pay my monthly bill and the bank they used to finance my furniture had taken without my authorization ******* out of my account. This has been the worse experience ever in my life from buying furniture. Dont use Ashley Furniture or synchrony bank they are scams.Ashley HomeStore

To save you reading a novel, the concise version is they are not honest (prices double in the store compared to online prices), charge for delivery if purchased in the store vs. free delivery online, offer mattress "90-night comfort guarantee" then refuse to take return of the mattress. Completely botched the delivery/exchange. Never replied to emails or texts regarding issues. Incredibly horrible customer service. I would never ever recommend anyone shop at this place of business. I'm not sure how they are even still in business. If I could give zero stars I would.Ashley HomeStore

Ashley Homestore sells fraudulent furniture protection plans, deletes your information from their system and doesn't contact you about unused purchased furniture protections plans because they want to keep your money. Ashley Homestore has absolutely ZERO customer service, is very disrespectful and unwilling to assist. I highly recommend NEVER EVER shopping at an Ashley Homestore. They will sell you trash furniture and scam you with their fraudulent furniture protection plans that only fraud you out of more money.Review fromMaura D

1 starAfter months of research and shopping we chose Ashley to purchase new living room furniture. Our sale process went smoothly but upon delivery our couch was majorly damaged and we had them return it. We learned that day the couch we selected was no longer available and we needed to select a new one. We compromised on a couch that was not as good since we had already invested so much money and added a chair and ottoman to our order in lieu of a refund at that time. The chair was also delivered damaged and delivery was going to be extremely delayed to get another. We made the decision to cancel the order and filed a complaint with the company about this process on 11/25/24. They waited 9 days to approve a refund and I still have not received a refund. After multiple calls they extend the 7-10 business day promise each time. I do not recommend shopping at this store and if a 9 day delay in even approving a refund is company policy I wouldnt shop at any.Review fromCassandra B

1 starIve never had so many problems with a delivery and all my life I will never ever ever buy from Ashley furniture again. Ive been treated unfairly rudely trying to get my furniture delivered correctly. This is the seventh time that Ive had to try and get my furniture delivered completely. The first time they were missing items did not tell me that they were on backorder the second time, they lied and gave me a delivery date and I stayed at my home all day and nobody ever showed up or nobody ever called. Its just been a horrible experience. I called corporate to file a complaint. **************** said somebody would get back to me within 72 hours that was a month ago Ive never received a call or anything from anybody so now I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau please please please do not buy from Ashley furniture They will give you the runaround and no compensation which I did not Receive for the inconvenience time and trouble and almost losing my job because of their neglect and deliveries issues
