    I bought this "Brighter Blooms - Red Sunset Maple Tree, 5-6 ft" with $129.95 dollars, on June 04, 2023, the tree is delivered to me on June 10, 2024, the tree has about 5 feet tall & is grown in 1 gallon pot, the tree is pruned to let it grow fast in length, the issue with the tree is that the tree stem diameter is about the size of a pencil which you can see daily , it is so thin that this tree will not be able to stand vertically by itself without the help of a straight pole to hold & maintain it to grow vertically. If without the supporting pole, this tree will lay on the floor like a vine type of plant. This tree is not like a regular tree which you will see sold in a normal nursery shop which will grow in at least 10 gallon to 15 gallon pot, this tree is sold on ******* online, I have left a similar review like this one in. ******* website, however, my review is either hidden or deleted by this store directly and never posted in ******* website, Now this tree price is raised to $189.99. I called ******* Customer Service Pone #, ************, about my review is not able to be seen in ******* Website, ******* Customer Service representative told me that the review is managed by the seller, and ******* cannot manage the review. I worried more people might be misguided by the existing favorite reviews published in ******* website, I hope to post my reviews here just hopefully it might help less people get cheated by this store and hope it really helps.

    *************** stay far away. They sell you defective merchandise and then after you wait the second year for it to bloom they tell you it's to late for the warranty. There is better out there. There are reputable company's out there.

    NO STARS ZERO May 30,2023 ,I ordered a Ivory silk tree with fertilizer and 1 year warranty. I came and I planted it the same day. The tree leaves were black and green. After several months , not change. I notified brighter blooms and they requested pictures. I sent two sets.They sent a second tree , but when it came it had half the leaves already off and the rest had rust spots (fungus/disease) .I notified Brighter blooms again. This time thru Fast Growing Tree ask for pictures. After some time they said the tree it be ok and gave me 25% refund.I just wanted a healthy tree., which I never received.

    We are so sorry your tree arrived with worn leaves. This time of year many trees are entering dormancy for the winter ad may have dropping or discolored leaves. This is typical for the transition of deciduous trees however once transplanted, it should push out new growth as the temperatures warm ** in the spring.     Our daughter purchased a ****************** tree last September for our 50th Anniversary Present, came as a twig, she took pictures and sent them to BrighterBlooms as requested, she paid for the extra Warranty on this tree, BrighterBlooms advised us to wait til Spring to see if it makes it, this was nothing but a twig for almost $200. now it is still a twig and she took more pictures of it to Brighter Blooms and now they are saying they will refund only $100. back and will not give her the full amount that she paid for it nor replace it with one that looks like it will make it. When we received this box last September it was like the tree no one would buy to begin with, Brighter Blooms will not make it right nor stand behind what they advertise in their Guarantee. Would not recommend this place to anyone to order from. Need help on getting this settled. As far as I am concerned this Business is a scam, our daughter reached out to them again a week ago and no one responds. Advise to anyone thinking of ordering from here to BEWARE.

    Don't believe the reviews on this company's website. They don't accept any bad reviews and post them. I had a Vesuvius plum and it arrived without any branches and died within a month.

    We purchased 4 $50 cross vine plants and within 40 days one had died; I was told that I could buy a warranty for $50 and they would replace the vine but their warranty is only 30 days. It took that long to make sure it did not survive as it was not healthy and we gave it a chance. They will not stand by their product and they will not replace the vine unless I buy the warranty.

    I got five ugly dry little English boxwood shrubs from this company for about $300 - the worst little shapeless boxwood shrubs I have seen. I had been told on by a girl at customer service that they would be small boxwood *****. Now, anyone who knows anything about boxwood ***** knows that they grow slowly and take a long time to shape. BrighterBlooms.com WOULD NOT PUBLISH MY HONEST ONE STAR REVIEW OF THESE PLANTS AND THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY $300. THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHICH REVIEWS THEY WILL PUBLISH, RENDERING THEIR REVIEWS WORTHLESS. A deceptive company.
