  I spoke with Alex and Antonio. I told them the amount I had to put down and it was on my credit card. He stated I can do a split down payment and I can get the truck once I give the amount. I was ok with it because it stated in messages the first payment and then the second payment. Now of course they don’t want to refund and I’m out of the down payment. If I could give 0 I would.

  Don’t buy a truck from Diamond Truck Sales in Gaffney, SC. The entire experience was horrible. I did get a truck eventually but it was at least a month later because they couldn’t find financing quickly. They force you into the long haul agreement because they don’t give your down payment back. I’m currently having an issue with them updating the title for the truck with the dmv. I’ve called, texted, and even emailed Mercedes R******* (finance dept.) as well as her manager (Jeremiah J****) and expressed to them both that I can’t start work until the title update is done. I’m losing an estimate of $1,000 per day due to them ignoring doing their job. I’m upset and frustrated. So to everyone looking to buy a commercial vehicle, please go elsewhere. They will never get my business or a referral from me ever again. Stay away! Stay away! Stay away!

  I put up $19,000 on a down payment for a truck. I told the gm that I didn’t want the one I was financing because the engine hrs on that truck was at 18,000 hrs. So he told me I had to put up more money ?? if I wanted to switch to a truck with the same msrp.

  This Dealer offered me a low interest rate and told me to give them the down payment that I had, after a week they called me and said that the bank didn't approved that interest rate and the only one was super high and I told them that I didn't want that loan interest rate and they don't want to give me the down payment back and they are $9,900 and they were so rude when I was mad because They don't wan to return my down payment, and they told me that they can't return it because they aproved me with a bank and that I have to buy with the high interest rate because they can't return the down payment, practically they steal you the money forcing you to buy.
