  Dear ********** ** soon as I heard about in The Camp ******* Justice Act of 2022, I contacted the above-mentioned law firmtargeted by their abundance of advertisements--This was in August 2022.Truly, hastily on my part, but to be defrauded by the insidious machinations of the bell legal group. They misused and manipulated my signature that was supposed to be used to obtain my health records . . . only my health records. But this law firm emailed me telling me that they moved forward on my case. But the discussion of fees was supposed to be discussed after my health records were obtained--another falsehood. I would have never, ever agreed for them to take forty percent of anythingthe mendacious ways of both the bell legal group and ************************* were solely for predatory purposes.However, the ********************** sent out warnings . . . and if needed . . . it is our responsibility to report fraud. One day prior, the bell legal group sent a letter to me which revealed their misrepresenting themselves as VA Accredited Agents . . . simply by targeting Veterans. According to a brief conversation with *************************; a legal assistance for the bell legal group told me that their law group had no association with the ************************ therefore, it is impossible to for the bell legal group to be a VA Accredited Agent . . . simply because of the deceitful ways . . . one of the requirements to become a VA Accredited Agent is to execute their duties faithfully on behalf of a VA claimant, be truthful to both the VA and the claimant, deliver competent assistance to the Veteran claimant.Furthermore, to help me understand that bell legal group is not accredited is a the following:VA-accredited individuals shall NOT:Evade a rule of conduct through the actions of another;Engage in deceitful, fraudulent, misrepresentative, or dishonest conduct;Violate any provisions included in Title ************************* Title 38, Code of Federal Regulations;Charge, solicit, or enter an agreement for unreasonable or unlawful fees;Receive or solicit funds related to services provided prior to when VA issues its initial decision;Hinder the processing of a claim;Deceive, threaten, mislead, or coerce a claimant about benefits or rights;Act or encourage a claimant to act in a manner that is detrimental to the conduct of VA proceedings;Disclose any information provided by VA for representation purposes without the claimants permission; or Take part in unlawful or unethical conduct. According to VA Accreditation, The Bell Legal Group has committed fraud . . . whatever happens is what happens (Gods will) but this is my reporting of the fraudulent ways of the Bell Legal Group.

  Bell Legal Group has not run any advertisements regarding Camp *******.  **************** called our law firm on August 18, 2022 and his information was taken in via telephone by one of our agents.  At the conclusion of the phone call, it was determined that **************** qualified to submit a claim pursuant to the Camp ******* Justice Act (this is not the same as a claim with the ***** of Veterans Affairs), and an email stating his eligibility was sent to him along with a link to sign three separate documents.  **************** followed the link and went to a DocuSign landing page where he was taken through each of the three documents while affixing his digital signature to each; a copy of these signed documents were sent to ******************** email address, or at least the option to receive the signed documents was given to ****************, per the usual custom of Docusign.  We have performed certain legal work on ******************** behalf pursuant to these executed documents.  **************** called our office on February 6, 2023 asking for a copy of his signed fee agreement after he received a letter from the ***** of ********* Affairs.  He then began yelling at our office staff stating the VA said to report any firm with a fee of 40% as fraud.

  I am rejecting this response because: the very first sentence they did not advertise is falsehood . . . Just think

  . . . How did I get their phone number to make the call. I called them after receiving their bogus email, and informed them of the scams the *********************** informed all Veterans and I am sure, this law firm eventually received the written law and not the bell legal unlawful laws. The VETERANS ADMINISTRATION HAS INSTRUCTED US TO REPORT ALL SCAMS . . . THEREFORE, THIS IS WHAT I HAVE DONE.
