  I decided to give Bell Legal Group some feedback about their interview. As a job seeker, I'm interviewing the Employer as well. The response showed they do not take feedback very well and do not practice being introspective. My first interview was great! My second interview I could tell they were not looking for someone strong who have critical thinking skills. They are simply looking for people who naturally will do every single thing their way without communication. Then imagine telling someone who has won cases with ******** and ***** and **** who also has an intelligence analyst certification working with the government from time to time that someone was more qualified than you. There are some people who look at your resume and they envy your path. This is passive-aggressive behavior from people who practice classism among other things. Two of the interviewers asked ***** questions that I would expect from Krogers. It had nothing to really do with seeing my level of intelligence or if I would retain business. It came off as if they want people with soft customer service skills that will cater to the client no matter what which is never good in legal situations. The younger one often drifted her gaze and followed the lead of the older woman. Poor people who pretend to be elites are the worst. It was about taking the opportunity from someone overqualified and making them feel like they are nothing because this is what they have been doing to their workers. I have beat Attorneys and I am not an Attorney. I have won severances and negotiated divorces. So yes, I am more than a case manager. Sorry that some in middle management are so insecure and uneducated that they use the interview not to find the best but to seek out those who will do the bare minimum and fit their low-level thinking. Funny how I accepted the interview without looking at reviews and look at this, they have 2 stars everywhere. ********.

  This law firm emails me that they have filed an UNAUTHORIZED Camp ******* contamination lawsuit on my behalf. I have emailed my concerns about the matter with no response.
