I applied for an apartment home back in December of 2019 with a move in date of 1/15/22. It was so hard to get my information to move in. I found out that they had some managers or office personal to quit. OK with that being said the manager called and told me I would get the 1475 apartment and should would take off fees because of the hassle I went through. OK great all was well o no sir. I paid my prorated at 1098 when the contract says 786. I paid Feb rent as 1400 and seen on the portal that I sent owed 98 but that didn't make sense. OK March came and I tried to get into the portal with the info that gave and couldn't so now I have to buy another money order. I go to pay rent and no one was there. I called because it was still during there work hours. I slide it under the door and took a picture of that. On 3/6 I received a call saying they have not received it so I showed the pic and money order receipt. Now they said I still owed 54 dollars but rent is suppose to be 1475 and I paid 1498. That doesn't add up. OK now they are adding fees when I call them out on the mess. They say fees was added in Jan and I should've gotten a email and letter on the door. I didn't receive either one of them. But besides that when do you change a signed contract after the person has signed the original? I question that and they said the rent should have been 1575. Thats not what it was when I signed my lease agreement. Thn it's a gated community but the gate is broken and I paid for a key for thats 50 but still haven't gotten it. They telling me they are charging me for wifi, water. Sewer, vallet trash, pool and gated community. I don't use vallet trash, wifi. Pool. I have my own internet service. I understand water but it's not that much water in the world for me to pay 200 extra dollars for those things especially when I don't use it or know anything about it. I signed the agreement for 1475 not a penny more before my year is up. You increase after the 1st year. Please help me
