Received a random text saying I owe $1400 and tells me to pay in payment plans without the proper components of a collections letter. They don't send me an official collection letter, just this text. Me, not owing anything, changed all of my passwords thinking it might be a phish. Called the # to see if its legit, seems to be a legit collection company. Except its pursuing a debt under a random person's name. This is collections fraud. You cant just send confusing text stating that I owe something when I don't, it is somebody else, without providing full information that is required by a collection company. By seeing other comments here, they seem to be "phshing" random people to pay other people's collectiona accounts. They need to be investigated.

Calling me about some debt just shy of 2000 that supposedly was a balance of an unpaid credit card. Three problems: one the account was closed by me in good standing (on my credit report)…two: the card only had a small limit (500 not 2000) and three: the credit card company confirmed the account limit and that it was closed by me in good standing. Don’t know how to stop them from calling me all the time, and they are pretty relentless…must have bought a portfolio of trash debt because a quick google search reveals this is a common problem.

This debt collector will contact friends about the requirement of cash payments with a written and signed payment agreement program. When you sign their payment agreement program, they demand you to setup a life insurance policies as a backing payment guarantee if you were to go missing or die suddenly, in my case my cousin went missing on vacation so their debt collector wanted multiple life insurance policies in place to make sure there was a way to satisfy the medical debt of my family member. Also was instructed to make Eric and Patrick beneficiaries on my bank and brokerage accounts. With that said these requirements seem reasonable when a family member was in the hospital for a long time and racked up a bill over $300,000 with a compiling 25% late fee amount.

Dynamic Recovery Solutions, LLC in Greenville SC, doesn't require a signature on payments set up and we do not have any type of process that would require anyone to take out a insurance policy of any type to satisfy a debt. This information is false.

Beware of predatory practices of Dynamic Recovery. I received a call from them, I did not identify myself and refused to give my SSN to the person on the phone, they DID NOT identify themselves as a debt collector. As a tactic to get me to confirm my identity without providing information as to who she was, her company, and the reason for her call, the woman named Tiana, proceeded to read off my SSN, DOB, and address. She asked "Is your SSN ... and your DOB... and address...". Out of shock, I responded yes, why are you reading off my SSN and DOB. she then proceeded to identify herself and the debt she was calling about. After I told her I did not open that account and long disputed the debt with ******, sent them bank statements, and they ignored me. The woman at Dynamic then tried to tell me its my debt for the card I opened after I told her I never opened a card with them and the services I did use were paid for. She kept trying to get me to "admit" the debt was mine even though I told her I never opened a card. Not only did you violate my privacy rights, you also tried to pressure me into admitting to debt that I never signed up for!! I reported you to the FTC AND CFPB

They have called me 2 times in the past week about a service that was put in my name without my authorization. I told me put it in a letter and they said they cannot do that. They wanted me to pay over the phone or pay online. When I went to the website my reference number did not work so I called them back and the girl said I could pay through a private email . I am not doing that either. I guess this will never be resolved

I am writing this review as an owner of a business. I get calls almost every month asking for an individual who does not work here, nor has ever worked here. This phone number has been with the business over 30+ years. I have two other business lines. The line in particular is a blocked / restricted number as we use it as a roll over line and do not publish this number. This agency has associated this BLOCKED number with this person somehow. I can NOT get them to stop calling. I was told that they use a "skip trace" for calling the clients. When the number is no good, they just delete it off their list. BUT, it will just continue to cycle back because they can not delete it from the database they get the information from on the skip trace service. There has to be a way to remove it from the collection database and unassociate my number from the individual, especially when I can prove it does not belong to the individual in question. I feel for everyone who gets a number on their list. It will NEVER end.

The continue to harass me pertaining to a ****** loan under my previous married name from over 12 years ago. As my credit report shows, I have an excellent payment history and never missed a payment on anything. I had a payday loan approximately 15 years ago, but that was paid in full immediately. The representative was yelling at me insisting I pay; however, I don’t owe anything and they cannot provide proof. Again, my credit reflects my perfect on-time payments. They’ve even started calling my work, they won’t stop.
