            Pivot Parking engages in predatory customer practices. If you accidentally pay for parking in an adjacent parking zone and receive a ticket they will refuse to excuse the ticket, and worse yet they will refuse to refund you the money that your paid for the wrong zone (in this case - the same exact $/hr rate).

            Inadequate parking signs. No on-site agent but apparently one available to walk around in the dark and ticket cars. We thought it was parking for the restaurant we were going to. No visible signs and in the dark, we never saw anywhere that it was a paid lot. Came out to a hefty citation. Mind you the garage across the street is $7 for an all day stay. They designed the ticket to mimic an official city ticket complete by signing it officer. Upon contacting them, they did offer to reduce the fee but still way more than the cost of a normal stay in their lot. Manipulation and fear tactics used. Setting arbitrary expiration dates for the reduced fee or they would reinstate the full fee. Just shady people. Ruined me and my guests dinner in our beautiful city. A ticket for our stay would have been paid without a second thought since we did park there but missed their signs. Willing to be fair but charging a huge penalty is ridiculous and a quick way to keep people out of your lot.
