    Don't do business with this so called company! Pool took 2.months to build from 7/2021-9/2021. Would work every few days,always wanting money,charged 5000for dirt removal, never got a copy of contract. Liner has several wrinkles bumps that showed from the beginning and he doesn't return calls,also 2.of the pools 3 lights,expensive lights went out by 6/2022. Keep texting calling to get these and liner problems fixed ,no return!!!

    Drew E****, the owner of Luxurious Pools and Lagoons came out to my home and took the initial payment to start the job. 2 1/2 months later he shows up to start the project. On that day he took in another payment to pay for the difference in the pool liner and the rocks/deadman pump due to the water coming up from the lake near by. He worked for maybe 9 hours in 2 days. It's now February and we haven't seen him since December. He recently deactivated his ******** account and he isn't answering any phone calls from me or my wife. DO NOT DEAL DREW E****!!! HE IS A SCAMMER AND WILL RUN OFF WITH YOUR MONEY.

    Took deposit in October 2021 for just a pool remodel was guaranteed to be the 2nd week of November and completed by December. Still as of today July 12, 2022 we sit with NO POOL. We have never had a crew ever, only one person or his kids working q day every 3 weeks. Constantly wanting a draw of money with over $28,000 paid to him and still have no pool to use. We have missed every holiday and will have missed the entire summer. 9 months on something that should of only taken 2 weeks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DREW ESKEW OR LUXURY LAGOON AND POOLS.

    Stop looking at the competition. There is none compared to Drew and his team. Highly recommended! He does it all.
