    Lack of Communication I have never heard their tone of voice. I can’t get a call back or text back. My air and Heat has been out for over a week. Repair came to look at it. He cut the electricity off to my unit. I got home from work and turned it back on. No letter no text no call to let me know what’s happening. A week later I was about to contact repair guy. He stated the unit was smoking and it needs to be off. No one ever told me. I’ve been burning the unit all weekend. No one told me anything. Creating an unsafe environment for my son and me.

    *****, we apologize that it took so long for your brand new heating and air unit to be installed. Unfortunately it had to be ordered and we had no control over that. However we did provide you with a window air conditioning unit to help ease the situation. We were unaware that the repairman had turned off all of your power and should have only disconnected the heating and air system while waiting on the new unit. We also had to get approval to spend the owner's money on all of the above, which we submitted immediately upon knowledge of the issue since we do not own the property. On a large expense we must get price approval first. While we cannot control all circumstances, we, as well as the owner, are committed to providing excellent service and are saddened that you feel you did not receive that. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this situation and we will continue to strive for excellence and speedy service if you should have any issues in the future.

    I am a long term renter with Trinity Property Management, LLC and have valued there service over the years. They have always approached every issue with kindness, compassion and professionalism. I recently have had an problem that was very distressing and as always, they were a calming influence in the storm. I reported the problem on Friday and it was resolved by Monday, which was the quickest it could have possibly been done. The swift resolution saved myself and the property owner time and possible damages due to septic tank overflow. I just wanted to let you at the BBB know that this group, Jennifer, Kayla and Shana are the best possible example of what a property management team should be.
