Stay away, stay away. Please stay away. Do not listen to anything they say. Its all lies. We have been scammed. They told us, to get us to buy the package, that they could sell it anytime we wanted to get out of this. We just called and they told us we have to pay the loan off first. Had we been told this upfront, we would not have indulged. They tell you all lies to get you to buy. This is misinformation and fraudulent practices. Do not do it.

A stress-free experience and worth every *****!We just got back from our first family vacation using Palmera, and it was everything we hoped for. Booking was smooth, the villa was beautiful and fully equipped, and the location couldnt have been better. *********** has become our new favorite vacation spot. We were nervous about joining at first, but now we wish we had done it sooner!

Please take my advice and stay away from this company, They lie about what this program will offer for vacations. They go up on you fees once you agree to the plan, the staff is rude when you are able to get some one on the phone. I spoke with Christine and when she didnt like what I was saying she just hung the phone up. Please get out if you can.

We have had this time share for 5 years. We can never book during the prime time due to being none available. We finally on right now. The people who checked us in told us we were in one of there updated units. I would have hated to see it before. My *********** are both retired & bad backs to legs. We had to walk up many steps just to get to the front door. You walk in & all you see are steps. Going down are the bedrooms. Not bad. Both have their own bathrooms. That is the only bathrooms in the place. You go up the stairs to the rest of the ****** there are stains in the carpet. The living room furniture are old & broke down. One positive thing is there are doors that open to a patio. That is nice withe cooler weather. By the time you pay your monthly payments, pay for the maintenance fees and the down payment, you could have gone on a nice one. I do not recommend this time share to anyone.

I purchased a timeshare years ago when it was under Coral Resorts. It was a nightmare! Nothing but lies to get you to buy. They had so many complaints they changed the name to Palmera Vacation Club. I ended up upgrading over the years because with the points I initially purchased, I could do nothing (more lies). I am at a point now where I can truly enjoy vacationsI have ***** pts yearly. They want you to go to owner update meetings when staying there..more lies to try to get you to buy more, upgrade, etc. I fell for it once, but never again!! The resorts at Palmera are beautiful and the workers are pleasant and helpful! I just dont know how the sales people can get away with the lies and deceptive sales tactics that they use! I am happy now with my purchase, but if I had it to do all over, I would not purchase a timeshare!!! And dont forget.the maintenance fees go up every year!!

We participated in a timeshare presentation. It was very informative and friendly. We did not purchase and there wasnt extreme pressure to do so although they showed us many options. We were there for 65minutes and they were good to get us out on time.

The allure of a discounted stay at Palmera Inn and Suites on ******************, SC, swiftly led us into the intricate web of timeshare salesmanship. Initially enticed by a seemingly unbeatable deal and promises of a lavish dinner cruise, we cautiously attended the sales presentation, armed with our reservations about our existing timeshare woes with Hilton Grand Vacations. At the presentation, the salesman adeptly navigated our skepticism, assuring us that the Palmera Vacation Club was the solution to all our vacationing woes. He painted a picture of endless availability and international adventures, enticing us with visions of ************ and *****. Tempted further by promises of selling our Hilton timeshare to cover the new purchase, we succumbed to their assurances of an easy exit strategy if needed. However, as time passed and our existing timeshare remained unsold, we began to unravel the tangled web of deceit spun by the Palmera Vacation Club. Despite our faithful payments and unwavering trust, we found ourselves ensnared in yet another timeshare burden, realizing too late the hollow promises and deceptive tactics that had led us astray. In hindsight, our journey with Palmera serves as a warning, a reminder of the too-good-to-be-true deals in the world of timeshares.

Our salesperson was helpful and considerate of our situation, not pushing us to buy in our current situation.

We were impressed with the presentation. They told us that they could sell our timeshare at Spinnaker at ********* and our out of pocket fees would almost be a wash. The property that they showed us was beautiful and we were sold. We ended up signing the contract. That evening, I read all the reviews and it was not goodwe immediately thought that we made a mistake. If we read all the reviews prior to signing the contract, we would have never signed. First of all there is no guarantee that they would sell our current timeshare and we didnt want to be stuck with paying for two maintenance fees. In the contract it states you have five days to cancel. And thats exactly what we did the very next day. They tried to get us to reconsider, but we said no, we made our decision to cancel. They gave me paperwork to sign to cancel out of the contract. I still received my $200 gift for coming to the presentation and my credit card was refunded in three days. I must admit that we did not feel pressured and they were still nice even though we changed our mind. If you are considering purchasing this club just do your research and know what your signing.
