Installed a unit that he is now telling me is doing what it is supposed to be doing.He is telling me that the unit is not big enough to cool area. He says that the company he purchased it from told him that it's working at capacity.. He is the supposed professional and should have known what size unit to use.The company is not professional or very knowledgeable about what they do.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/07/19) */ Good Afternoon, Below is my response to the complaint file by **** *****. I, Murphy's Heating and Cooling, removed a old 2 ton package heatpump and I did install a new energy efficient 2 ton package heatpump. Mr. ***** did not request to go up a size nor he pay for another tonnage system. The system I installed is the correct size for the business. He started having issue with the system when South Carolina had the extreme heat weather. I spoke with Mr. ***** and went to check the system which included the freon levels which was reading at the proper levels, checked the system lines which was 40 degree supply air coming of the supply vents, the return vent was a 20 degree difference from the supply air which is properly working. I told him it is due to the system having to work harder than the normal from the extreme weather. Therefore, I disagree with Mr.***** the correct size for the business is correct. By the way, I even installed a system at his personal residence. He should know I am not getting over on him. This is out of my control with the system not keeping up with the proper temperature on extreme heat days and any other day Mr. ***** did not have any issues with the system.
