            This complaint is regarding harassment from a hair and makeup service provider. Alicia C**** the owner of Marvel hair and Makeup, did my hair and makeup for my wedding on December 11, 2022. I paid for services to be rendered for myself (the bride), my mother (****), the groom (****), and the father of the groom (****). I paid for all services in full prior to the wedding. The provider was not able to do the father of the groom's hair as the services were rendered behind schedule (3 hours late than agreed on). I reached out to the provider to ask for a refund and this is when all the harassment started. Alicia C**** never refunded back my money for the unrendered services. She also keeps sending me emails and threatening me to use my personal photos and videos while getting ready on my wedding day. I explained that I did not consent to sharing my photos nor videos on social media or any other medias as I did not sign her contract. She keeps posting photos and videos of me and sending me inappropriate emails.

            I had the ABSOLUTE BEST experience with Alicia, and Marvel Hsir and Makeup. My sister also used her for her wedding party hair and makeup and loved EVERYTHING ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE, which is why I contacted her. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME AND ALL OF MY BRIDAL PARTY!!! She was there anytime I needed her. She made sure that she was completely transparent and walked me through the entire process, as well as my mother who can be a bit much!!!! I just love her and will use her anytime that I have hair and makeup needs…. She also provided me with an extremely well stocked touch up kit that contained so much more than I needed for a kit. She continues to blow me away by her generous heart!!!!
