On Jan 30, 2025 I had my car washed at subject business and while towel drying discovered a trim-piece had been torn off the vehicle. I immediately notified the day-manager of the issue and he took a picture (see below) of the damage, stating I would get a call from management by the next day to resolve. Never got a call. I contacted the business several times afterwards, but was only able to leave several vmails, which went unanswered). I then returned to the business personally twice and spoke to two day-managers who took my information again and assured me management would contact me to resolve. Once again, never got a call. After reading other reviews, I found my issue and experience was not unique… apparently this happens frequently and they simple ignore you, never actually doing anything to resolve the issue. After much additional research it has been impossible to find the actual owner’s contact info (which I believe is consistent behavior by unscrupulous businesses) to start litigation… PLEASE HELP!

On Sunday May 5th, I purchased a car wash from "Time To Shine Car Wash" located at 1406 Ben Sawyer Road, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464. The car wash was not functioning properly, so those who paid for a car wash could not receive it. However, the business remained open, and continued charging customers, knowing that the soap was not being dispensed. the washers werent functioning properly, and even the conveyor belt was not operating properly. I reached out to the business asking for a refund, and left a review on Google. While they were quick to respond on Google in an effort to save face, they've yet to respond to the communication(s) they asked me to send them. I'm just one of many who paid fo a service they did not receive that day. This is a deceiptful business practice that I do not believe should be tolerated.
