I bought a blue devil pour and go, had it done by a registered mechanic who followed the instructions on the back of bottle. My car, a Nissan Juke, had a very small gasket leak with no other problems. The turbo worked and it never overheated. The content of the blue devil product plugged my radiator, both thermostats, and water pump. After the application my engine overheated and I had to go through and replace all the parts mentioned above which cost me over 3000. I have tried to contact the company through multiple emails and letters from my lawyer. No one returned my calls or my emails or my letters. The local Firestone couldn't even attempt a repair because "The Blue Devil Product" had made it impossible to open the cooling system and they wrote it down on my receipt which I also emailed to Blue Devil. This company should call itself Blue Evil Products. Rich folks don't use their products because they don't have to. Poor folks like me who can't fix their slow gasket leaks properly are the ones who use their line of products and I like many others don't have the funds to hire a lawyers to pursue my issue legally when their product caused my car to break down. This company is wholly criminal and I will try to recoup my losses eventually if they contact me.

Last weekend bought the Blue Devil Coolant Stop Leak, followed directions on bottle. Monday car was still overheating and loosing a lot of coolant. I then took my car to Chevrolet dealership for diagnostics, come to find out stop leak is in the entire system. Radiator, heater core, thermostat, after performing a system flush, there is still excessive amounts within the cars system. The dealership recommends a new engine, heater core, radiator. A $30 bottle has already cost me $2000 and on the verge of costing me over $4000. Blue Devil has essentially totaled my cars engine. A few pictures added of thermostat, and dealership is more than happy to provide any other information for supporting documents.

Today I went into auto zone around 6:30p to buy a bottle of bluedevil power steering stop leak fuild. I did my research and it was regarded as a top product. Unfortunately, after adding it into my 97 bmw 528i power steering resivor and eating dinner with my family I noticed that there an excessive about of power steering fluid in my drive way. I check the the resivor to see it's completely dry. So I then, fuild up the resivor again with only ATF fluid and went for a 10 min drive ;the fuild then drained out once again. I believe the bluedevil leak stop product completely ruined my seals on my power steering rack and I deserve some sort of retribution for this product's hindrance to my vehicle. A prompt response would be appreciated

6/11 I had a slow coolant leak so I bought the bottle of bluedevil coolant stop leak was 32$, I ran it through my car followed all the directions correctly, it said it was guaranteed to clogged leak in radiator and it ended up clogging up everything, causing my car to over heat, had to flush it all out with a garden hose and had to replace a thermostat, water pump and some o rings, and I took it for a test drive, the car still couldn't make it a mile down bc it's still overheating and the car dies on me and starts to shake while trying to start it back up, sounds rlly bad and rumbles the entire car, it was a rlly nice car until I put that stuff in just had a minor slow coolant leak, I called blue devil today and told them I had used there product and they asked me if it was leaking from the radiator and I told them I wasn't sure can't rlly tell, But I was loosing coolant so I used there product and it screwed my car up and he told me if there had been a radiator leak, that there product would not have done all that stuff, in my opinion leak or no leak in the radiator it would have still ran through the radiator and trashed everything in my car like it did, now I stuck without a vehicle bc mines got a blown head gasket

I purchased Blue devil's radiator flush to get a nice good cleaning for my coolant system before putting new antifreeze in my vehicle. I followed all of the directions to a "T" and after about a total of 45 minutes of driving my car is profusely smoking struggling to start and misfiring. It appears that the Blue Devil radiator flush destroyed my head gaskets and is now letting coolant leak throughout my entire engine and come out of my exhaust. I would like Blue Devil to pay for the parts and labor to get my head gaskets replaced.

I purchased blue devil for my vehicle that was recommended by a AAA shop, the mechanic put Blue devil in my car and instantly my heat went out. I went to my personal mechanic that my friend recommended to get a second opinion, turns out the mechanic at AAA diagnosed my car incorrectly. Blue devil has completely clogged my heater core, water ports, and now Kerry Toyota that shop that replaced the heating core and did three flushes, they are recommending now since the issue has came back that I need a whole new engine, coolant system, and all the water ports replaced. Blue devil has continued to disatisfy their customers and have little to no kindness when calling to report a claim or an issue with their products. I think blue devil should be shut down and the product should be off the shelves. I bought this car not even a year ago and no all these due to using blue devil. My car never had an issue before this product was put into my vehicle. I have invoices from Kerry Toyota and their diagnosis report. At this point something needs to be done. I am not asking for money I just want my car repaired with no possible future issues that are caused by blue devil.

I used blue devils radiator flush bull**** and let's just say it literally ruined my engine! Did the radiator flush one night and the next morning was headed to work and didn't even get a mile down the road before my water pump started gushing coolant everywhere had it towed to a shop and had to have the water pump replaced. Then the next morning my truck was idling horrible and had no power so I babied it back to the shop and come to behold that the whole right side Of my engine had below 40 compression! Dec 10 2021 I purchased blue devil pour and go gasket sealer. I read the botttle in detail and followed the instructions exactly as described. That evening I was on the way to a family function and 2 hours into my trip with my 2 year old step son with me in 35 degree temperatures and rain my heater which I have not once had a issue with stopped blowing hot air. Upon researching this issue it seemed that the product had clogged my heater core I took my car to a local ********* who attempted to flush it but could not get it unclogged and even put in the paperwork that the BlueDevil clogged my heater core. I reached out to the company after reading that this happened all the time with their product and they still don't list it as possibly occurring and Zach Friedly responded via email saying he has never received this complaint and a variety of other excuses. I still have no heat a month later the company will not do anything but tell me to flush it myself with vinegar water mix(I don't know how to do that) and they will not pay for the damage done to my car

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/31) */ Contact Name and Title: Zach F******* - Ops Mgr Contact Phone: ********** Contact Email: *************@highlinewarren.com We have received some correspondence from the customer. However, none of the shop bills/estimates state that there is a lack of heat coming from the heater. The ********* bill that we received, referenced "stop leak" on the invoice but did not include a diagnosis. We would be happy to discuss this further with the customer if more documentation can be provided. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/01/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) As I explained to Zach the entire problem is that the product clogged my heater core that way I know that is that THERE IS NO HEAT. I have to wait for a written estimate from a shop other than ********* because the paperwork saying the stop leak was in my in my system was not good enough for them. I sent the written estimate yesterday when I got it and have heard nothing back from that at all. I don't want this to go further I just want them to pay for the repair cost to fix the damage. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/01/05) */ We are working with the customer to obtain a diagnosis/estimate so that we are able to figure out specifically what is going on with the vehicle. Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2022/01/07) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The entire reason for taking my car in to ********* was because the heat went out after using the blue devil. ********* confirmed with me verbally both before and after seeing my car that the blue devil was most likely what was clogging up the heater core and that while they drained what they could they were unable to do a power or reverse flush. They recommended taking it to the dealership. I called around to a few garages and the one I found that could flush the system wanted 130$ just to diagnose it and could not guarantee a close day to be able to repair. However even though I was clear that ********* was the only place that had been under the hood Mr F****** decided to call the shop I got the estimate from that he insisted on having. He is playing games giving me the run around and refuses to actually come to a place that will resolve this. Shortly after I first contacted blue devil and was amazed at the inconsiderate rude and dismissive way a large company handled a customer complaint I started to do my own product research to find page after page of this exact problem. Blue devil has been sued and lost and has many many times settled out of court but they still have not acknowledged the reoccurring issue or placed a warning of any kind on the product. It is also stated on many of the forums from people that have reached out as well that this is a routine with blue devil in making it such a frustrating and drawn out process that you give up and go away. Well I am making it clear that I will not go away. I am not asking for money I am asking that Blue Devil pay the repair costs to fix the damage that they caused. My heat was in perfect working order and the insistence that this is caused by anything other then their product is absurd and insulting. Your telling me Mr F****** that hundreds of customers that have had this exact problem after using your product are all making it up or it's just the largest coincidence spanning over years and includes almost every model of car that comes to mind. Just do the right thing. Admit the error. Put a warning on the bottle to allow consumers to make a informed decision and most importantly pay for the damage caused to my car. It's -8 wind chill right now and I have no heat. Tell me that you will pay the cost upfront to a BMW dealership and I will make the appointment Tomorrow morning. As a large corporation with so many products on the market it's unnerving that you care so little for consumers. What is company policy "take the money and run?"

I used Blue Devil Rear Main Seal conditioner product. Within 4 miles of putting this in my 2015 F150 I lost all oil pressure. I had it towed to a mechanic and they told me that it turned the oil thick and there was a lot of sludge in the oil. After an engine flush and oil and filter change it continued to lose oil pressure. Engine oil was changed 3-4 more times to try and get the contamination from the oil treatment out of the engine. It appeared to have worked but less than 1000 miles later the engine blew.
