      The product itself was great but the accessories the base cabinets. Were not. I picked them up myself because the owner kept promising us them but they never came. We got lots of false promises on the delivery and did not get return calls when requested. We had **** back to the store multiple times trying to resolve where the bases were which we were promised upon original purchase. The manager never returned text or calls. But when confronted he said he did then maybe it he calls didnt go thru. If you buy appliances from these people make sure you dont need any parts or replacement of parts they will only be met with false promises and excuses. The original product is great but the xtra that were order on the original purchase were a very big headache in finally getting them. And had to hire a handyman to install them. The store was supposed to send their guy over but no contact from him.

      Had a great expericence. Saved ****** on new stove delevery was nexth day we will be back for future needs.

      We purchased a Refrigerator and Stove from A1 Coastal Sales at their ************* store for one of our rental properties. The Refrigerator was delivered and did not have an Ice Maker installed so a few weeks later the manager came and installed the ice maker but broke the Refrigerator's fan to the freezer and the freezer would no longer work. They sent a repair service person out there but they never returned. So we purchased a New Refrigerator from another company and ask them to pick theirs back up. To date they have never shown up to collect their Refrigerator. Also on that order was a new stove that we had purchased, it showed up without the screws to attach the electrical cord and one eye was not working. They said that they had ordered the part but to date they have not shown back up now they are ghosting me. We first brought the appliances in March 2023 and here it is the end of May and we cannot get the matter resolved. We also purchased a dishwasher from them back in February 2023 for which they were paid up front and the dishwasher has not shown up to this day. I am asking them to p/u their Refrigerator and repair the new stove that they sold us.

      This company is by far the WORST I have ever had to deal with. **** excuses everytime he is supposed to come to my condo and swap out the washer/dryer I paid for in February and still have not received. In giving me a loaner, he ripped up my floor in the area that houses my appliance. He agreed to pay for new flooring and install it but that has not happened either. (He promised he would be there on Sunday 4/30 and once again was a no-show).He is supposed to refund me a $130.00 reimbursement for the people he hired to install my refrigerator last year and caused a water problem that my HOA charged to me. Still have not seen THAT credit. Tons of excuses everytime I am able to speak with him and by him I mean ******, the part owner of this shady business. I just want my NEW washer/dryer that I ordered and paid for back in February, the credit refund for the plumber's fee and be DONE with this terrible company. How they stay in business with this kind of PR is beyond me. Sincerely, ******
