they illegal towed my car when the site says free parking they evicted me and the family over another men that was colored and thought that we was together i had *********** medical stuff in my car so what if they would have had a asthma attack are one there medical condition would have flair up been trying to reach the owner to get the money back for the trip the room and the emotional damage his staff cause to my family no respondsReview from Cette L

The very same thing happened to me. We had three rooms for three nights. Upon arrival to our rooms we saw the condition of the room and immediately requested a refund. We were told by the person at the front desk that he only checked people in and out. We booked via ********* so I immediately contacted them with concerns about the room. The was an obvious roof leak that was partially repaired paint missing and stained. The linen had holes, room smelled, was sand and dirt throughout. The building and rooms were run down, out of date and dirty. The microwave and fridge were filthy. Long story short we were out of about $2,500 for rooms we didn't use. Tried to get my credit card company to do something about it wrote several letters and sent over 20 pictures of the hotel rooms but **** ** ******* wouldn't do anything. It is false advertisement and should be illegal what these people are doing. It was the worst vacation of our lives. The ******************** should care more about the tourist that choose to come visit. They don't deserve one star!!!

Arrived at this hotel and stayed no longer than 5 minutes, then request a refund from the owner. The photos listed online for this hotel are nothing like what they actually are. The room my spouse and I were placed in (room **** was in horrible condition. I am unsure how this hotel is still in business. The entire room was warped due to what seemed to be a water leak.
