We hired KC of ************ ************ (AKA Mastercare) for landscaping. We paid $2k deposit to get on the schedule. Project started on 4/4/23 by weeding flower beds and all trimming. The ******* said they would be back tomorrow to do the weed fabric and rock. He said he needed another draw and I paid him $3.3k. After that, ********* called and said there is no rock at any of their suppliers. They continued with the other projects. I expressed concern about the weeds growing back and suggested they at least put the weed fabric down. She said it would just blow away. I asked about using the fabric pins and she said no that they needed to weed again. On 4/26, she texted there was still no rock. On 5/3, I texted that I saw rock at ************. She was out of town and would check when she returned. Still not hearing anything, on 5/11 we went to Big Daddy's (the vendor they said they prefer) and the rock we needed was there. I texted both of them. He responded thank you. Again, hearing nothing, I texted KC on 5/19 and he said he would check with ********* who does the scheduling. Still nothing so I texted again on 5/26 with the same response. I sent an email on 5/31 that we really needed to wrap the project up. On 6/1, ** responded they would not be able to finish the project and didn't know when they could schedule it. When I saw a new ******** ad (attached) 4 days later, I texted and asked how could they be advertising when they couldn't complete current projects? He said he scheduled us for Thurs. I said it was too late as we had to hire another vendor after receiving his last email and him not answering our response. I requested a 50% refund of the weeding since we had to hire someone else to redo it. He said that sounded fair and would get back to me after getting back to office. Still nothing a week later after more texts to both of them. We caught KC in so many lies along the way. He is unprofessional, not dependable, and not a nice person. Avoid at all cost!

On 10/6/2021 I gave a ($2500) deposit to have a colored ,poured and stamped concrete patio/walkway installed in my yard. Another ($2000) on 10/7/21 and ($6140 ) on 10/11/21 after completion. $10,640 total. On 10/12/21 I contacted the contractor about the issues I had with his work. December 9th the owner met me and acknowledged the problems : 1) concrete colors different in each of the 2 loads, 2) stamping depth insufficiant. concrete was too set up to stamp so the workers tried using a tamper to seat the stamping mat (didn't work) and then drew the brick lines with their fingers. He said he would put another layer of concrete over, restamp and color within a week or 2. It was not the prefered reply, questioned the integrity. but figured i would give him that opportunity to correct it. After doing some research and speaking with other concrete contractors I didn't want to ad more concrete to the top (door interference, binding.. ect) I emailed and offered another suggestion, I really wanted it removed and redone but was willing at that point to just move on because I had no confidence in their craftmanship, so I suggested a refund. We eventually agreed to $2000. That was on 2/14/22. I was promised payment, twice the check was being mailed. Which It was not. at this point I prefer to have the $11,000 plus demo costs and find a competent contractor to do the job. If you can provide an email address I can foward all corresponding emails
