    0 is the rating! I booked through booking.com. 1st off, this is NOT what I believed I was paying for. 2nd. A review was also done for booking. When I drove up to the hotel it looked run down and dirty. Because booking already took the money, thought I would give it a shot. While I was in the office checking in, the ceiling leaked on me! I looked up and there was damage to the ceiling and water leaking. I paid the 100$ deposit, got the room keys. The young man at the desk told me if their parking was full I would have to park a block away. Of course theirs was full. While getting room keys, my significant other and children were in the car. when I got back to my car, my wife explained to me she saw a drug deal and did not feel safe. I agreed and we called booking to let them know. They said they would try to get my money back. The hotel REFUSED to give me back any monies. And I am still waiting on deposit to be returned! We did not even go to the room! As I was leaving, the Atlantic called to see if there was anything they could do. We explained we did not feel safe. They told booking because I refused to stay I forfitted my money! I see charging me for one night, but I paid over a thousand dollars for what I thought was going to be a resort. This place is run by a extortionist! We had to drive 7 more hours to get back home as now we did not have enough money to pay for a nother place to stay! It completely ruined our summer vacation!!!
