  Good experience from start to finish! Pool selection, placement, planning, installation and follow-up have been ***************** owned and operated. We were kept informed and educated through the process. Staff and management are avialable and responsive to questions and concerns. ***** showed up and performed as promised. Installation crews were knowledgeable and respectful, worked well together and left a clean orderly work site. This company met our expectations.

  We love our pool from Pools and Palms. We did our homework when we started looking for a pool company. We googled a lot and found Pools and Palms had an awesome review rating. We looked for positive comments and satisfied customers. When we went in for a consultation we were treated like royalty. We knew soon into our meeting that this was where we were getting a pool. We contracted our pool work and everything was explained step by step of the build. We were elated to have them do our pool.We received a call 6 weeks before our build date and was asked if we wanted our install sooner because of the great stretch of weather we had. We accepted the early appointment and were very happy about that. When the guys showed up on our build it was actually unbelievable. My neighbors still talk about it. The guys came in and by the end of the first day our pool was in the ground with a few feet of water on it. They placed this pool in the ground and only had to adjust the placement a small bit and it was perfect. After the second day our pool was in and filled with water. After the settling period (two weeks) the concrete came in , two day job on that. My friends were amazed by the concrete work! We were very proud of it also! Our pool came with a hot tub so it took a little longer to complete but well worth the wait! After the concrete was cured the electric came in and completed within hours.We are swimming in our beautiful pool and enjoying our hot tub also. Everything was fast and professional. Pools and Palms stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process. We had zero surprises.Our next feature will be our spray deck and we will review that when its completed.We would definitely recommend working with Pools and Palms for your dream pool and spa also. These guys are great.

  Pools And Palms, *******, *****, *******, and the entire team did a wonderful job creating our own backyard paradise! We've wanted a pool installed for the past two years and after a bad experience with another pool company, decided to go with Pools and Palms. This company provided awesome service from start to finish. From our first meeting with the Sales/Office Staff, we knew that we had chosen the right company for our project. ******* is very knowledgeable of all products and designs, including licensing and permits necessary for installation and safety requirements for final approval. Then we met ***** who was so impressive and realized we had the supplier we wanted to use. Everyone associated with the company prioritizes customer satisfaction. If a question or issue arose, they promptly resolved it. Our project went smoothly from beginning to end. Pools and Palms is a "PREMIER" company. We look forward to enjoying our backyard retreat for many years to come.This is a company with many long-term employees that all know their job. They arrive on time and keep you informed as work progresses.

  We just had our pool installed by Pools and Palms and they did an amazing job, we absolutely recommend them! The Pools and Palms team was very helpful, informative, and professional from start to finish. They explained the process step by step from beginning to end including what was included in the price and what was extra; there were no hidden charges. Other companies that we talked to did not have all their charges broken down/ itemized like P&P did. This made it very easy and know what was due when, helps with planning.The entire team that was on sight was professional, courteous, clean, and left our property in great condition. This company and team make you feel like part of the family which in turn shows the care they put into their work.Once again, highly recommended!

  The team at ********************************************* was very helpful from our first meeting with ******* to *****'s visits to help us pick out the layout for our pool and Pool training after the installation was completed.When it was time to do the installation, ***** kept us up-to-date on what needed to be done and set up the appointments. They were on time and worked quickly and neatly. Everyone on their staff was very friendly and courteous. They left our property in very good shape and were very respectful with our property and did minimal damage considering the amount of digging and work that went on.After the pool installation, *******'s team came in to do the concrete. They were very professional and did a great job!

  We would like to share our experience using Pools and Palms for our fiberglass pool purchase and installation. From our first meeting to our final meeting at pool school, they were professional, organized, and communicated every step of the way. We met with several pool installation companies and none compared to Pools and Palms. We met with ******* first who shared aspects of the pools that we were interested in and listened to our needs. She shared the installation process, timing of installs based on scheduling and product availability, and the difference in the type of pool equipment and this helped us choose the best products for our needs and wants. These meetings were so helpful for first time inground pool buyers. We have purchased homes with inground pools, but having an inground pool installed requires knowledge of the process and attention to the details. She shared the install process and what was included and what costs we could incur according to our property dirt type, amount of concrete we would like beyond the 4 foot that was included, electrical installation, etc. We had a clear picture of projected costs and timing of install prior to signing the contract. Other companies were so vague that we had no real idea of the costs and what was included. As we signed the contract, we had a projected install date, a clear timeline of expected tasks, and payments. We left with a checklist of tasks and the responsibilities of the homeowner and Pools and Palms. When the day arrived for our installation, everything happened as they said it would and we were kept in the loop with clear communication. The install crew were so polite and considerate. They respected our property to the best of their ability. We highly recommend Pools and Palms and their experienced and expert staff from those in the office to those in the “pool” trenches. Thank you everyone. We know you are there for us and our future needs such as testing water, salt, and questions.

  Pools and Palms installed our new Pool and Spa and did a wonderful job. We reviewed and interviewed several companies, but after talking with Pools and Palms we were confident and comfortable that they would do an excellent job, and we were not wrong, they did a fabulous job. All costs were explained up front, there were no hidden costs, and the entire process was reviewed with us and put into writing so we would have a reference. As a result, the process was very easy for us. They were very patient with us and the time they took to make sure all questions were answered, and they met our schedules, as a result everything was perfect. The project went smoother than can be expected.

  Sadly, we cannot join the chorus of positive experiences reported here. Ours was considerably different. After waiting a year for P&P to schedule our pool for installation, P&P decided to walk away from their obligations. The reason they gave for cancelling our contract was that our neighbor refused to let P&P bring equipment and the pool trailer across the neighbor's driveway. It is true that our neighbor was unwilling to allow their driveway to be cracked and would not ***** unfettered access, but during our earlier discussions about the project, P&P had told us that they could install the pool by craning it over our house or by bringing the equipment across our driveway (instead of the neighbor's). Even though there were two other viable options for completing the project, P&P unilaterally decided to cancel our contract and then to make matters worse, decided it was within their discretion to keep $3,500 of our money. At that point, they had not delivered a single tangible item or performed any physical labor of any kind. We tried to get P&P to refund our money, but they claimed we had breached the contract because "the neighbor's driveway is the only way in the buyer's backyard with the pool". I put that statement in quotes because that is exactly what they said after canceling our contract and because it is totally and unequivocally false - I have that statement in writing from them as they tried to support their claim that we had breached the contract and I have pictures of the pool we ultimately purchased from another company being craned over our house. In the end, we had to hire an attorney to get P&P to agree to return all of our money. I now have a pool and I do have my money back, but I could never recommend this company to anyone. They did not keep their legally binding promise to perform, they tried to use their superior economic position to full advantage against us and they blatantly lied to defend their actions.

  We recently had a pool installed by the team at Pools & Palms. From the first time I met them at the Home Show, I knew they were the company to use. They were very informative and followed up immediately to schedule an initial meeting. What followed was a detailed plan of cost and timeline for the project. Their attention to detail in the upfront process, makes for a less stressful installation. Our project had some unusual requirements, but the installation team as a whole worked through them without complaint. They would also answer any questions I had about means and methods and would explain in detail without an attitude. They take pride in their work, this made us feel very comfortable. The entire team at Pools & Palms is well versed in their craft and do it the right way. I would recommend using them for your pool project. Thank you Pools & Palms TEAM!
