I cant thank Patrick and Melody enough!! they helped me refinance when others could not ( *** ,****** ********) after applying and being denied a loan with other Mortgage Companies i received a letter in the mail from peoples bank that stated they could help people refinance who have been recently discharged from a Bk chpt 13. I was skeptical at first as i had already been denied twice so i decided to look at some reviews from peoples bank, after reading lots of positive reviews i decided to call them i had nothing to lose it was after hours on a Friday night i recall so i had to leave a voicemail. Patrick Hourguettes returned my phone call first thing Monday morning, he asked me a few questions about my chapter 13 case and my current employment status and felt very confident he could help me, Patrick actually said i could have helped you while you were in an active Bk case. I felt the confidence in his voice it was reassuring so i decided to give this one more try. Patrick sent me the online App to begin the process which i must say was way easy, as we progressed in the process there were some documents that i needed to submit nothing out of the ordinary for a refinance, the portal that peoples bank uses to submit documents is extremely user friendly and easy. the whole process took about 3 weeks to close. Patrick and Melody were amazing, Peoples bank delivered !! i recommend them to anyone in a situation like mine dont waist your time with others who do not have the experience!!! Peoples bank definitely is the best! they have a well organized and talented team who care in helping customers accomplish Dreams and Goals i cant praise Patrick and Melody enough for giving me the opportunity that other institutions denied me. The only thing i regret is not getting a hold of Patrick and his team sooner and that i waisted time with others !! all i can say is Thank you Patrick and Melody at Peoples Bank!!!

David Otting and Melody White did an excellent job with a not so easy refinance due to documents not filed correctly, mortgage companies that serviced our mortgage previously filing bankruptcy, going out of business or buying out or transferring our mortgage through the years. They guided us every step of the way.
