    Kenny and Audrey provided the highest quality service throughout the entire process. They kept us informed and was always available to answer any questions we had.     We decided to buy a home in Nov 2024. Kenny and Melody with People’s Bank were there every step of the way. They were extremely patient with and could not be more helpful.     I had searched for a cash out refinance loan, to pay off my chapter 13 bankruptcy, nobody would give me the time of day. Then i came across peoples mortgage on the internet, i applied and they welcomed me with open arms. Everybody was so professional and helped me go through the process from beginning until the end.     Danny and Audrey were great to work with. They were so helpful during the home purchasing process. They were always available if I had any questions or concerns.     We had a great experience with People's bank Mortgage . They were attentive and knowlegdebale and assisted us through the entire process. We worked with Dara Ferrell and Audrey Downs and both were excellent at customer service and making sure we had all of the neccessary documtation to qualify. I would higly recommend them.

    I was referred to Peoples Bank by a friend. I got in touch with Dave Otting senior loan advisor. We ran into some road blocks along the way but Dave and Audrey Downing done alot of research and put extra time in to get this loan pushed through for me on a very tight time frame.I have never dealt with a bank that went the extra mile to help a customer out like they did they both was exceptionaly nice and courtesy was a plus also I'd recommend them always Thank you David and Audrey
