First of all, I realize that this is my first attempt at getting published. I also realize that you showed great patience with me, but why I am not happy is I spent a lot of money for this product and I felt that the final product was lacking. The mistakes with my book were incredible. Even the jukebox on the cover had an error and boy did I have to hear about that. Here's the lettering on the juke box LIMNPORSTUV (No O) really? Song titles bled into other song titles. One example: (Bottom of page 44) Artist: Napoleon XIV Song Title: They're Coming To Take. Top of page 45. Artist: The Nashville Teens Song Tobacco Road Me Away Ha-Haaa! Also, the manuscript I have and sent them and what the book has are very different in parts. Missing (I) symbols to classify if a song is an instrumental. Some artists and songs were not in alphabetical order. I did many proof reads, but every time we'd make 25 - 30 corrections another group of errors would pop up. We were finally told by Palmetto I could only do 25 more corrections and that was it. otherwise it would cost me more money. That's what we did... we stopped correcting. They didn't even add in my dedication to my wife and sons. I was told in Oct of 23 they would add it. What I am really upset about is I told Palmetto several times that I would be more than happy to pay whatever for a revised, corrected version of my book and they just ignore me. In closing, this is probably the only book I am ever going to write and I also realize that it will never be a million seller, there's nothing wrong in wanting it correct.
