            Work was to be completed by June 1, 2002 - Scope of work - Remove dead grass and 2" of old soil, replace with new top soil and new sod 3 pallets = 1,500sf at $1.50 per sf, raise 10 sprinkler heads $100, Much front and back flower beds $100 & trim bushes $100. The Lawn Guy did not remove the old 2" of soil so the new top soil and sod was higher then all my pavers and they promised to raise the pavers. WORK NOT COMPLETED Raising the pavers in the Front Yard and Mulch in the flower beds in the backyard another contractors quote is $435, the 5 sprinker heads per lawn guy is $50 and 100Sf of sod not completed and 150sf of dead sod to be replace at lawn guys unit cost of approx $1.50 = $375 TOTAL COST of work NOT COMPLETED = $860. I FIRED the Lawn Guy on June 24, 2022 reasons why 6/2 they promised 6/4 to do work NO SHOW, 6/6 they promised 6/8 to do work NO SHOW, 6/10 they promised 6/11 to do work NO SHOW, No communications until 6/24 when I FIRED them.

            Zero stars. I paid monthly for service, he quit and has never returned the money I paid up front. He nor his wife ****** reply to emails, phone calls and text messages. Finally took him to court, and he does not answer anything from the courts either. Still owes me $842 for services he NEVER performed. Run away as fast as you can from this guy *****************************!
