  Absolutely the worst company I have ever leased from!! I was transferred over from ***** ******. It has also been the worst customer service I have ever received. I was displaced due to the hurricane in Sept and they offered a slum, filthy, dirty, bug infested house to move into that wasn't even ready. I signed a new lease at this place without being given the opportunity to look inside based off of a walk through video that of course didn't show how bad the condition nor the smell was. I was desperate because we had nowhere to go. I signed a month to month lease. I waited weeks for a prorated rental amount and was not given this until Oct 30. It’s Nov.12 and I'm just realizing they filed eviction papers on me on Nov.6 without even telling me. While all of this is going on no one has ever reached out to tell me the progress or estimated time on when I would be able to return to my original place. (4bdr/1.5 ba) I was told on today 11/12 that even though my foundation to the home is cracked and there are still wires hanging inside and outside of the home that I should've been removed my items from the place and if I don't remove them they will be discarded. I will be filing a BBB complaint or review and I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent a dog house from them!

  This company is not worth a stat, This company is a scam. They break agreements and do not honor their word. The house I was supposed to move in to was not ready when promised and has lied about everything.

  I rarely post on this platform and I hate writing negative reviews, but with the frustration and constant lies from Magnolia Rental Property, I feel that I had to make people aware of my situation. I had a disappointing experience with this Magnolia Rental Property and by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Communication was lacking, and there were issues with key management. There were several instances where keys went missing, and unfortunately, there were discrepancies in the information provided by the owner, Johnny P*** and the individuals at this company. Instead of owning up to the misplaced keys and doing the right thing, they left it up to me, as the property owner, to figure it out and to my expense, pay to get new keys. I hope these issues can be addressed for the benefit and safety of future clients and tenants. As an owner operator I would highly recommend you stay far away from this company and look somewhere else.

  I wish I would have read the reviews for this company before renting a home from them. Johnny and his crew are ripping people off. They are renting homes that are not safe and will come in and out of your home without respect for you or your lease. They can and will break your lease without any thoughts to the tenant but a tenant can't break a lease? We fought to keep the black mold away and kept putting in maintenance request and every single time it was worse than when they started and they only attempted three times. The owner of the house wanted to sell but the house failed for black mold during both times the house went under contract. BEWARE of this company and do not do business with them as a tenant or a business owner.

  Reading reviews I was horrified calling people liars when there’s more than one issue. I will go around the house and get a complete list of everything needs to be fixed. I as well since I had seen an employee of magnolia posted that the conversations were incorrect ( in other words) I have every single conversation I have ever had. I do as well have the pics of air and cooling system along with the black mold , mind you their contractor said with five other men standing there I could just wipe it. And walked out the door. Can the contractors they used be provided to us as well as making sure I know who’s coming in the home. Magnolia, I know you’ll say you make sure everything is safe but with three false actions with your company in a matter of days I don’t trust the companies judgment.

  They don't like to fix anything. My son and myself was sick from mold they fail to even come look at for repair. The roof is terrible. Water is pouring in the kitchen and bathroom. Ceiling falling in. Tile has fallen from the ceiling. I had a busted water pipe outside, water running for 12hrs. I reached out to them for emergency repairs, and they told me they put in a work order. I had pay for someone to come fix it and they told me nothing would be credited off my rent. They increased my monthly rent AND late fees but don't want to repair anything!! Magnolia is all for their money and I don't see why they're still in business. I had to also pay to get my doorknobs changed due to lack of maintenance with changing. I never got the keys to the backdoor. It's a mess, they are definitely SLUMLORDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT THINK ABOUT RENTING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE ALL PICTURES AND VIDEOS FOR PROOF. I EVEN HAVE PAPERTRAIL FROM COMVERSATIONS I'VE HAD WITH THEM.

  This place is only looking out for them selves to get rich from honest people trying to just make a living with rental property thay dont clean the house or apt or trailer thay dont fix nothing thay keep charging for application fees per place send it over the internet so thay dont have to tell you if got the place or not thay are getting rich from people why people use places to deal with there places I dont no better off deal with your own property or thay will give your place a bad name like thay did mine on * ****** ** ******** **  asked them to rent it and all thay can do is keep collecting application fees over and over mr ***** here

  They collect application fees on properties that they lead you to believe are available. Once your application money is processed (non-refundable), they inform you minutes later that the property is no longer available and that you can check their other properties, which are either dumps or far above the same price range. When I say dumps, I mean holes in the floors and walls, missing tiles and far worse. Of course they do have better properties and you can pay the application fee as I did and quickly find out that your sought after rental property is suddenly not available, as in "Just leased it to someone else thirty minutes ago". This is all because they refuse to remove listings that are no longer available. Pending is an easy word to type -- not too long and fairly easy to spell for most. Would have saved a good many their hard-earned money, including me. Of course, you can gamble at $45. a shot. If that's your thrill. They do allow the fee to apply to other properties for up to three months, just not the one you wanted. They emailed me the property details asking for the application fee and as soon as it was processed with my credit card, the property was unavailable -- yes, just like that. Lucrative business they have -- making money for doing nothing while also doing real estate on the side.

  They never want to fix anything. The maintenance man comes and acts like he’s fixing things and then wants to talk to you for hours without getting anything done I’ve complained multiple times about my air conditioning and it’s still just as hot is it is outside and many other things including water pressure and water leaking and they said that they would just get to it when they could and that they put in work orders but couldn’t tell us when it would get done My front door and back door does not even have a lock on it
