    I returned an item to Southern Fried Chics and was given an $82.04 store credit towards a future purchase. The company closed their online store and did not provide a refund or alternative way to reimburse my original purchase.

    I have a credit from this business for $226.04. I noticed they had a lot of items on clearance towards the end of last year and reached out to see if they were going out of business, as I had a credit to use. I received a message back saying there were still in business. I went back in to check their merchandise and saw they were closed. I reached out on ******** in December. I received a message back saying they were closed but they could send me items from their leftover stock, I would just need to pick it out as there were no returns. I replied back I would like to do that, but have not heard back since then after following up.

    I had a $208.54 store credit and the business just closed without warning. They will not respond to emails or comments on ******** page. Its a horrible way to do business especially when all they had to do was issue a refund in the beginning instead of forcing me to have store credit!

    On May 18, 2024 I placed an online order (#*******) with Southern Fried Chics for two tshirts. One shirt was delivered on June 5, 2024 but I have received no communication since on the status of the second shirt. I have tried calling SFC, I have emailed them at ******************************** and I have used their messaging bot on their website. I cannot get a hold of anyone about the status of my order and am getting no response from emails. The remaining shirt is a gift for my father and he is quite upset that there has been no communication and no delivery.

    I ordered a shirt on May 12, 2024. I followed up via email May 27 and May 31 asking for shipping information, or simply respond with why it's taking so long. No response. I reached out to the phone number and had to leave a message. No one returned my call in regards to shipping time. Per the website, it says unless it is a preorder processing takes 3-4 days. My item was not a preorder. It is 6/3/24 and I still have not received a simple t-shirt order.

    On or about 4/10/2024 I, ******************************************* purchased a women's size 10 Dingo Queen A Heart Boots from Southern Fried Chics and as of today 5/15/24 the boots are currently in stock and no longer on back order through Dingo and have been in stock long enough for them to only have ******************* a womens size 10 as of this afternoon when i spoke with a dingo customer service representative (******) whom i have spoke with on three other occasions due to not being able to make contact with anyone from ******* Fried Chics via multiple emails, phone calls to ************** and left voicemails. I have not gotten any response back from SFC and my only communication has been through DINGO at this time. There is no reason to why i have not got my boots as they are in stock and SFC has been paid by myself for the boots. I am requesting that they pay DINGO for my boots that i paid them (SFC) for and get them mailed to me ASAP. THIS IS MY FIRST PURCHASE FROM SFC AND MY LAST. This is unacceptable and unprofessional on Southern Fried Chics behalf. FURTHERMORE, SOMETHING IS GOING ON WITH THIS BOUTIQUE BECAUSE THEY NO LONGER HAVE ANY BOOTS FROM *** POST/ DINGO ON THERE WEBSITE BUT THEY DO HAVE THEM FEATURED ON THERE HOME PAGE. I HAVE CALLED DINGO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CORPORATE AND THEY HAVE BEEN THE ONLY SOURCE OF COMMUNICATION IN REGARD TO MY ORDER, AS SOUTHERN FRIED CHICS DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE NOR DO THEY RESPOND TO EMAILS. I AM FURIOUS! I JUST WANT MY BOOTS THAT I PAID FOR!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN TO ME EVER !!!

    I made a purchase on 02/29/2024. Three weeks later I still had not received my items (they were not preordered). I tried calling and emailing, no response. Reached out on website and got a confirmation email that my items shipped the next day. Got the order 3 days later. Missing the boots from the order. I reached out and got a response that they would check on it. It has been a week and I have not heard anything.     I purchased an air freshie aka air freshener for a vehicle on May 27, 2023. The customer service rep ***** stated it takes 2-4 weeks for production and processing. Its been two months. I saw where the shipping label was created on June 14. I emailed the company on June 28th asking for an update which is when I spoke to ***** who informed me on how long it usually takes to process. Ive tried to contact them multiple times since then through emails, commenting on their tikToks, etc. with no response unfortunately. At this point If im not going to receive the item Id like my money back as It came out of my account may 27th. Ive seen similar complaints to mine. As a consumer I understand some things take time but this is unsatisfactory and customer service is extremely poor.

    Upon researching the details of your correspondence with us, I see that your initial reach out was on 6/28 where you notified us that you had not received any updates regarding your order as you had placed it on 5/27. I responded to you and notified you of the standard turn around time for our freshies as up to 4 business weeks. I also notified you that I went ahead and reached out to the vendor to request an update on the status of your order. I also notified you that due to the national holiday, that we may not receive a response until the following business day as our offices were closed the week of Fourth of July. I was able to respond back to your follow up emails once I was back from bereavement leave (7/25) and notified you of such as I had not received any updates from the vendor. I notified you that I had escalated your situation to upper management as it is not standard for our vendors to not provide us with any updates or responses or to exceed the turnaround time for such a lengthy time. I received an update from the vendor and notified you accordingly as their offices were closed the entire week of Fourth of July as well. I was notified that your order had been placed for shipment on June 14th, but had been lost in transit. Your order was reproduced by the vendor and shipped off on July ******************************************************************************************* receiving your order. I updated you accordingly with the information provided by the vendor each time I received a response. We received no correspondence from you after your final reach out on 7/23. We would have been more than happy to discuss any further ways to resolve this situation with you, however, received no responses from you after. We truly appreciate your patience and loyalty with us! If there is anything else we can do to remedy your position with SFC, please don't hesitate to let us know! Thank you!

    I bought a pair of cowboy boots off the website and when they came in they did not fix my calf area so I went to go return them and get my money back because I paid 139 dollars for them When I contacted the company I was told I would not get my money back only store credit even though the product description nor the checkout area stated thatI do not want store credit because nothing will fit me so I would just be throwing my money away again. I tried to explain that to them but that said it was too bad they cant do anything My order was less than a month ago may 17th to be exact and they still will not help me at all
