    Need a 0 star option. This is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life and the sketchiest place I have ever done business with. Their customer service call line has not been working for months and they did not reply to any of the several emails I sent. So because of that, you have to harass them on their ******** posts to get your order shipped or to even get any information on it. They were rude and lied to me about my order being shipped already - when it actually was never shipped and it finally got cancelled and refunded 69 days after the order was placed. They deleted all my comments on a post asking questions about my order when I confronted them about it getting cancelled today. This has happened to me 3 times with them where I have to reach out to them (constantly) about my order never shipping. The only reason I even ordered the last 2 times is to use the rest of my store credit from a return and I cant wait to never mess with them again. Its a scam and all the would recommend reviews are scams/lies.

    My rating is ZERO ??s: Order date: 7/2/23 Dont buy from this company! no customer support, poor quality of clothing, and all customer support options have now stopped contacting me back. As promised in all of my emails, voicemails, and messages I will be blowing your posts up with negative feedback for all to see. Ladies, take your hard earned money somewhere its appreciated, its not Southern Fried Chics. When I tell you Ive been ghosted from this company, its 100% truthful. Emails, voicemails, endless phone calls that dont get answered, their Insta business chat, and website chat bubble are all failures. dont order from here ??

    I placed an order on 6/5/2023 and sent an email later that evening to cancel my order. I received a return email from ****** saying sorry your order has already been shipped. I have not received confirmation of shipment, the number on the website puts you on hold and you are left leaving voicemails without return calls. This website is terrible. I just want to cancel my order. It has been less than 24 hours!!! Scam!

    Placed an order early December 2022 and I have yet to receive all of my order. It was a Christmas gift and I just got scammed of my money without all the products I ordered. They do not return phone calls, text, or ******** messages or return your money.

    Terrible company stay far away! They will not refund, exchange or give me credit for a pair of boots I bought in DECEMBER as a PREORDER (nowhere did it say final sale.) The boots finally came in FEBRUARY and when they didn't fit SFC wouldn't issue a return, exchange or store credit and almost mockingly said that if it ended in .95 it can't be returned. Not only the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE but talk about UNETHICAL. Not to mention they make a big deal that they know that sizes don't always work out and they sound like they care , make you think they are sensitive to sizing issues and will accommodate you. Wow talk about false advertising. I have never dealt with a company large or small that would be this shady. And for a product they are cashing in on called "Dolly" boots you think they might stop to consider WWDD?

    I hate to even do this because the 2 items I actually did receive I love and Im very happy with. But unfortunately sometimes that just cant make up for horrible customer service. I put in an order on November 28th that I still have not received. I put it 2 orders after that, and received them in a timely manner. But the one I still havent gotten was my mothers Christmas gift. And I have been called SFC for 2 weeks, several times, no one has ever answered the phone. *** left 3 voicemails, and 4 emails. Finally someone responded to my email last week and said they were looking nontoxic my order and they would get back with me in a minute. So I assumed later that day. That was almost a week ago, and I have not heard anything back. Im extremely frustrated not only because I had nothing to give my mom for Christmas but because NO ONE will answer me and let me know anything about my order. Im a pretty understanding person but no Im just over it. If you cant make your customers at least feel heard and like youre trying to help them, then they arent going to want to continue shopping from them.

We were very behind due to the holidays, and I was the only customer service representative at that time. I do apologize that we did respond to you late however I see that you had received communication and we were able to get the information from our distribution center as well. You chose to receive store credit for the items that were unfortunately out of stock and I see you placed another order for the Northern Lights Sequin Flutter Sleeves Romper on 1/04/23.  If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know!

    I ordered from this company for the first time 4 weeks ago. My order is paid in full and is still in order placed on shop. Ive tried calling, emailing, ******** messenger, & the app and no one responded to me. These were Christmas gift and they disclosed everything would arrive in time for Christmas. Here it is 4 days until Christmas and nothing. Ignoring your paying customers is definitely NOT a way to conduct business. If they wouldve made a post saying they were behind, I would totally understand but this is ridiculous.

    Hey there ******,  We are very sorry that there was an issue with your order. I do see that you were refunded for the item that was out of stock and your order was shipped out on 12/22/22 via Fedex.  Which would have made it to you by Christmas.  As to why ***** took so long to ship out your order I cannot say since I am not the carrier.  However we shipped out your order within the time frame stated and even upgraded your order to ***** to make sure it would get there in time for the holidays. (At that time for the holidays it was ***** business days for the processing time)  I am so sorry that they did not get your shipment to you by Christmas.     I wish I could give zero. I received the Just Call Me Dolly **** Cowgirl Boots Wide Calf. I was extremely disappointment when I opened the box. They look cheap, have scuff marks and the material is already peeling in multiple places. I do not wish to buy anything else from this place. I paid $309.94 for these boots and I expected a much better product. BEWARE!
