    In all the years of having my car serviced, Ive never experienced this type negligence and unprofessionalism from a car dealership. I understand technicians may run behind but from the time I dropped my car off at 8:30am until 2:30pm there was no communication to let me know if my car would be completed that day. After talking to the manager that afternoon, he stated they needed to order parts and that my car would not we ready for a couple of days. I mention to them I needed by car back for work the next day and that I would need to schedule another appointment due to the fact they dont offer loner cars out. The communication between the manger of the service department and the service desk lacked integrity and honesty. I felt as those I was taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge about a diagnostic test and what it entails. This is my 3rd time having my car serviced for the same issue, the problem is still not fixed. I have paid over $1200 for an issue that has yet to be resolved. Now Im being charged an additional price for a another leak and noise that I initially had my car serviced for. This unethical and I would not recommend having your car serviced at the Buick dealership location.

    I brought the car home on Monday. 5 days later (today), I took the car up there to have the windshield reservoir replaced, per the agreement at the time of the sale. When my husband spoke with the service desk, the customer service agent told him the check engine light was on (along with several others) and that it was on when we brought it in that was a lie. Something went wrong in the service area, and they tried to blame us. I called ******************************* - our sales agent, but he said the sale was complete and blew me off as not his problem anymore.I finally got a call back from ***** in the service department. He stated the issue was potentially water from steam cleaning the dirty engine when it first got into the lot (before selling it) (their fault). He said if the light came back on to bring it back in. I asked him to include that in writing, but he said it was already closed. He agreed to hand write it, so I will go have him put it in writing, and Ill leave this review for the next couple hundred miles, in case this is not resolved. As of right now, the lights are off, but Ill never buy another car from this dealership again. While the service area eventually had great customer service, the fact that ******* said it wasnt his problem anymore is completely shady, and shows his true sales tactics.
