            Detailed on the company's website are available rental homes to apply for. We found a home, set up a tour and after seeing the home we placed our applications online and paid the full fees totalling $90. A few days after submitting the applications, we receive a message stating the home isn't actually available to rent. We were then asked if there is a different property we would like to move the application to. There was one more that would work, so we asked for that one instead. We then receive a message that this property is pending and isn't available either. No other properties would work for us and the applications were never processed. I asked for a refund of the fees since the service we paid for basically wasn't fulfilled. They state they don't refund application fees. They blatantly stole money from us under a false pretense of a home being available. I have reached out and asked for a refund two times. This is extremely poor professionalism and underhanded maneuvers. They never processed anything.. just took the money and basically stated ..whoops not available but we're going to keep your money anyway.

            Rinehart is full of liars I was told 6 weeks ago by 5 different liars that a work order has been placed to remove a dangerous limb over my house from their rental I ended up having it removed myself read the online reviews of this company

            While we appreciate constructive criticism, at no point did our staff lie to you. We undertook your request seriously and continuously communicated with you. The arborists sent, at our clients expense, to evaluate the tree determined that it was healthy and of no danger. The owner of the property declined to incur the cost for removal or mutilation of a healthy tree. While we regret that you feel this way, we met with you a number of times in person, and our staff communicated with you continuously inquiries over the course of a number of weeks. Your comments and review are not warranted. We welcome a civil conversation regarding this matter but cannot condone hostility toward our company and our staff.
