  I went to hwy 29 car wash in spartanburg on may 4th 2023. I had specifically asked the young lady if they could get the potting soil and little bit of trash I had swept to the tailgate up. She walked back and looked and came back and said yes. I picked the most exspensive package. She said great the bed is included in that. So I go in the waiting area and when my truck is going through the wash I see a sprite can, trash and dirt flying out of my truck bed. I go out and tell the lady they didn't clean my bed out of my truck. She said yes they did. I said no I saw it all flying out in the wash. She said what did I want the trash was out. I said what about the dirt. She said I'd have to go to a self clean for that. I'm like you said it was included. She just looks at me. I go inside and and asked the lady at the register if I can speak to the owner. She said that lady I was dealing with was the Manger talk to her. I said no I want to speak to the owner. She just shrugged. So I go back and ask the lady, so called Manger to speak to the owner. She said I am the owner. She walked to look at my truck and said oh no that dirt is everywhere. In you tire and everything. I said it wasn't until you took it through the wash. She just looks at me and I tell her this is bad business and I'll be sure to leave a review. She said she didn't care what I did. I sat down and see see her walking across the lot with arms in the air telling them to stop cleaning my truck. I did say you better clean my **** truck or give me my money back. She walked up closer to me and said no and if you don't leave I'm calling the police. We don't need people like you here. You are trash. Needless to say I was very upset. I've never had any experience like this dealing with any business. She embarrassed me if front of other customers. I left almost immediately. I di not want things to escalate. They halfway did my truck and the bed was worse than when I got there. I want my $56.29 back.

  To whom it may concern;  

  This customer is not welcome in to our facility anymore, after the profanity she has scream in front of customers and children’s .

  We provide her the best service posible… not mentioning the horrible conditions her truck had . 
  We when the extra mile for her , removing garbage from everywhere, even though that’s not included on the carwash service.
